I recommend this business …read more... . . . Pay attention to customers that park RIGHT OUT front of the store -- &bring in multiple shopping bags (were they even current?). Those bags looked old. I recommend that THOSE customers leave their bags (& any customers with large bags) leave them in their car. They used to make you do that. It would help to deter the thieves that come into your store with those bags, smell candles, stuff them in those bags (probably brought in for this very purpose), wander the store with their FAkE MasK on and then roll out... (with your merch.) to a car literally right in front of your store. Seriously!! Was she gonna pay for that ??? Nope. She didn't--. I hate paying for other people's crap-- in the form of higher prices.

I work in IT and today a server room UPS battery died. I have very little knowledge since I am not used to dealing with the bigger UPS. But in addition to selling me the batteries I needed, the Battery Warehouse guys helped me install and gave me technical guidance. Really above the call of duty, and I respect that a lot. I could not be more thankful. TL;DR If you need batteries, Battery Warehouse in Hagerstown, MD is the place to go!! Over the last 8 years that I have been a homeowner, I have frequented this store quite often…read more Buying several beautiful things, to furnish my home. Items that range from candles, pictures and wall hangings to large pieces of furniture. I have always been very happy with everything I have purchased, and told several people that they should stop by the store. However today, when I visited the store, I was very unpleased with the customer service that I received. While looking to make a rather large purchase to dress to windows in my new home, I had to use the restroom. See, the thing is I am 7 months pregnant, and unfortunately frequent trips to the restroom have become part of my daily life . My husband kindly asked if they had a restroom and was told no. When the owner came into the room to check on us to see if we needed anything, I begged her to use your restroom 2 times, before even stating that I was pregnant. The response I received (in a very demeaning tone, might I add) was, " I told you I don't have a restroom, you can drive down the road to the Waffle House if you have to go that bad." I understand that concept of "no public restrooms", I truly do. However I believe we should still have some sort of compassion to people that cross our paths. I pray that they have a change of heart for the next patron of your business. I can surly say though that I will not be returning as a customer.
