Calls to T-Mobile support weren't helpful, so the next day, we stopped here on our way up north. They, too, were unsuccessful getting her phone to catch a signal, and decided that it was just time to put the old phone to rest. She already knew what new phone to get next and we let them know we were kind of in a hurry. They were able to get us set up and out the door very quickly! The young lady helping us was friendly and really on top of things. Even though there were several other customers in the store, another employee was able to step aside and quicken up our process. It was the fastest new-phone transaction I've ever witnessed. Kudos to their super customer service!

But anyways, I decided to stay and give it a try after he was done replacing the screen. He had told me he has two different type of strains one is cheap and other is premium or whatever. I was down to spend extra money to get the premium, but he said he didn't have it in stock and will take him an hour. Anyone that has a busy schedule and that just needs their phone replaced would have done what I did and just take the cheaper one so I could go get my kids and do what I need to. After three days of having it the screen was already coming off so I decided to call and told him what was going on and immediately got blamed for dropping it or breaking it and couldn't even get a chance to talk because the owner is so rude. After trying to explain over the phone, what was going on with my phone and him being extremely rude and saying that he doesn't do any warranties or anything like that for the phone. And I tried to explain that the phone is not broken and that it just needs to be installed correctly. Then the owner decided to get extremely butt hurt because I criticize this work for being half done and then he got extremely rude anyways flashback to going to the store to get it replaced because I don't have another hundred dollars to pay just because someone doesn't know how to put a replacement phone. I go there and I still get blamed for doing something that I didn't do and owner is very upset that I criticized his half done work after further examination he said that the reason it was coming off is because he didn't install the glue right, even though he admitted to not having a clue right bro, still wants to be mad that I said that his work is half done so after being in his shop, literally screaming at each other because he has no manners and doesn't want to let anyone talk replace it and when I inspect the phone, a lot of glue residue and just a crappy job. He said he had worked at a repair location before and he not only fixed my phone but he showed me what to do if I had any more trouble with it. He even went above and beyond to show me the ins and outs of my warrantee with otter box AND answered all of my questions regarding the signals lately and the new towers. He made good recommendations without being pushy or a typical sales man. Overall I was so pleased with the experience. I just wish I could remember the guys name that helped me out. This store opens late constantly, and even when the doors are unlocked, no one is ever at the front. You walk in and just stand there wondering if anyone even works there. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no customer service--nothing. It feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. Simple tasks like paying a phone bill or fixing a device turn into a drawn-out, confusing mess every single time. The staff either doesn't know what they're doing or simply doesn't care. There's zero consistency in pricing--I've been quoted different prices for the same service, which immediately raises red flags. It feels misleading at best. The biggest issue is their claim about "original parts." Do not believe it. Even when you specifically request and pay extra for original parts, the device never works the same afterward. Performance is worse, issues appear that weren't there before, and nothing feels factory-correct. Based on my repeated experiences, I strongly believe customers are not receiving the parts they're paying for. There is also no transparency about what's being installed, no proof of authenticity, and no accountability when problems happen after the repair. Once they have your money, you're basically on your own. The entire operation feels disorganized, careless, and unprofessional--from how the store is staffed, to how pricing is handled, to how repairs are done. I've visited multiple times hoping things would improve, and they never did. Every visit somehow managed to be worse than the last.
