I was seeking to update my 2-channel system for my enjoyment in retirement. My vintage system,…read morepurchased in large part from Simply Stereo at their old location, was working fine but I was looking for something better. After answering question after question and really listening to my responses, Dave set me up with an incredible system. He matched a McIntosh integrated amp with a pair of Dali Epicon speakers and a REL subwoofer. He came out to the house, set-up the entire thing and even corrected errors on my video system. The results were incredible. I could not be happier with the component choices and the musicality of the system. It has a great sound stage. Daves interest, attention and willingness to take the time to explain things are second to none. This is the only place to go when shopping for high-end audio equipment.

Stellar experience at Simply Stereo!…read more We were in the market for a new media console, and Salamander caught my husband's eye. He noticed that Simply Stereo was listed on Salamander's website as a premier dealer. He sent an email inquiring about coming in to see some items in person, and we headed there on Saturday afternoon. We were greeted right away by Dave, who was helping a customer carry something out to their car. When he came back in, he listened to what we were there for and showed us upstairs to one of the listening rooms. He patiently answered approximately five million questions from my husband and, as luck would have it, what they had on display almost exactly matched what we were looking for. They were able to to get fiddly with the details of what looking at side panel options and determining how the tv mount connects. It was a no brainer to make our purchase from Simply Stereo. The price was excellent and the customer service was top notch. From the email through purchase, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back in the future - I think a few speakers caught my husband's eye while we were wandering the store.

Was told the LED LIGHTS were causing the problem. Was quoted $180 to fix with a $55 diagnosis fee . Andre came to my home and took the TV. Very unprofessional !!! Arrived in a beater mini van with NO business identification on it. Gave me a receipt from a receipt book that didn't have any business information on it. I asked him to write down model & serial number with warranty info on it. He took the television and returned the same day which I thought was great service. We plugged in the TV and it appeared to be working so I paid him. 30 minutes after he left the TV started turning off and on by itself. I called Andre back on his Google Phone number and left a message that his diagnosis was incorrect and needed service again. I've been calling and texting for over a week to get nothing but excuses why he can't come back in a timely manner and NO RETURN PHONE CALLS. July 25, 2020 This guy is a JOKE .. HIS WARRANTY IS BULLSHIT... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! Apparently he does the repair work for Munster Television Repair so don't use them either. AVOID USING HIM OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Hired Twizted Home Entertainment through Thumbtack. I thought the team was generally good to work…read morewith while the install was happening, albeit a few issues here and there. However, later found out that there was substantial damage done to one of the speakers I had installed (MSRP $999/each). I reached out to the owner and was told there was no way their team could've caused that damage and to return my products to the vendor. Pictures show this is clearly not an issue from use, as the driver is pretty much shoved in on one side. Notwithstanding, some of the work was not performed as initially discussed (i.e. ethernet cables to cameras were run outside instead of through soffits/attics), and the team was quick to make holes in the ceilings and walls (which ended up being in the wrong places). Given how things have shaken out, I cannot recommend this company for any work. Let the work speak for itself in the photos and see the other reviews online regarding damage. The free work Ron mentioned is shown below with the one ethernet cable hanging from the side of the house. I paid in full afterwards, so if I had high expectations or demands that were "met," I think the highest expectation I had was for them not to damage the very thing they're installing. I actually have texts from Mo partway into the installation where he essentially told me to install things myself because he thought they were too valuable for him to install (which was part of the services I hired them for). Also beware of some of the other positive reviews, as one just popped up that of course mentions "no holes" for similar set up and the initials match one of the employees on Yelp (Mo N.), but on Google and Thumbtack it shows two different names altogether for the same review. Seems like they're padding the reviews and photos so you won't see the work they did at my home.... They're also now threatening me via text to stop updating my reviews for calling them out. There's been a handful of 5 star reviews in the last 24 hours after posting my review used some old photos from their Thumbtack and website (which they removed and replaced).

Mo, in particular, was outstanding--knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and truly focused on customer service. Not only was the entire experience smooth and professional, but the cost was also significantly lower than other quotes we received. We'll definitely be using Twizted again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for smart home or entertainment system services. A+ experience all around.

Great place to shop, horrible place to sell your collectibles. You're better off going to a pawn…read moreshop for the latter. Otherwise, its great for what it is. It seems as though for some collectibles they just go on eBay and see what it sells for in order to price the items, which is unfortunate because some items are priced WAY above what they should be.
