One of Noah's teammates literally would sit down and get back up multiple times to pretend as if he were trying to help when in reality he was just checking the time the entire time waiting to leave. Eventually it got to the point where they disconnected the wifi and blamed the drizzle outside as if it were a storm outside just to say their network was "down". I hate this place. He said he would add it but added the 19$ option. I called the store and asked to speak with him but he never called me back. I called customer service to fix the error but the insurance is still on the bill. So to resolve the issue I will be DISCONNECTING the new line of service and removing the insurance as well. Maybe once the rep sees the chargeback on his next month targets he will remember follow the Verizon standard of being honest and not adding what you want to add to customers accounts. I expect a refund for the insurance minus what I requested, twice. Very disappointing. I expected a higher standard. But this will be lifted up!

But he said he could remove the hard drives for free. I agreed to that. He spent half an hour taking out tiny screws, opening the backs, taking out and handing me the drives and reassembling. I asked why he just didn't put the screws in a baggie (they recycle those as well) and he said he likes to deliver the units in good shape to the recycler. He's an amazing tech and so committed to doing the best he can for external customers like me and the recyclers. This is why I love Best Buy and Geek squad.
