Carlos was very helpful spent almost an hour and a half with me figuring out my problem. I was not looked down on as I usually am because I'm old school and am not very tech savvy. I had T-Mobile for home internet for 9 months. From the minute the modem was set up, I never had…read morethe promised upload or download speeds which caused consistent buffering. At most times I had 1.9 mbps download speed and not the up to 315 as promised. I constantly was in the phone with the technical staff in fact at 1 point they replaced my modem and there was no improvement in the service. I called on Jan 16, 2026 to terminate my relationship with t-mobile and all of a sudden they offered an additional piece of equipment free for 1 year to improve the service. They refused to cancel my contract on that date and waited until the next billing cycle so they could bill be again. Save yourself the grief and avoid t-mobile at any cost! They shouldn't be allowed to offer home internet! I've given a 1 star only because that was the lowest rating available

Sales associate goes good luck, you won't find one anywhere in the Central Valley. I said ok. I need one today I'll look elsewhere. He kept talking until I walked out the door about how they get calls everyday and no T-Mobile store has any and it's at least ten days. He sounded absolutely delighted to be telling me they couldn't give me what I needed. I will take my business to another company ‍

I took the phone associated with each of my lines plus my new phone I had purchased earlier. I was looking to get my new phone activated and my directory and pictures transferred at the same time. A Long story made short is that I went in with three phones, three sim cards, and three sd cards and came out with my two good phones, with two sim cards, two sd cards, and one old EMPTY phone. The girl had removed both cards from my old dead phone and kept them. I had intended to use the sim as extra storage in my computer and certainly would have liked to have had the sd with my pictures in my new phone. I went back twice to get my cards and was denied both times.

I was there on 12/18/2025, at 12:40 p.m. and had such the rudest encounter with the employee there because I needed help because I called a local store in Fresno who always take care of me and told me on there end it looks like the whole phone line was hacked and to call customer service. I can't call because my phone is on SOS because it's been hacked and my work phone doesn't allow me to call 1800-numbers. The gentleman at this location basically asked me "What do you want me to do" and "It isn't our fault" and was no help at all. Wouldn't allow me to call customer service on his store phone because "they have one line" and "clog up his line" when Boost at another location did everything they possibly could to ensure proper service. This gentleman was rude and of no help. I have had so many issues with this company in just the past six months and am going to leave this company. I definitely wouldn't recommend this phone company as to this service in encountered and the fraud that was taken place. I note I called a couple days ago speaking with customer service to tell them someone changed my password and they did nothing but said, "well, change it."

As a 30+ service industry worker, I get it. But, no. Sorry. Once I woke him, we spoke briefly about switching over. It's a process. And, I was not impressed. I won't be back.
