    Terrible service. I experienced extremely poor service at this Verizon store. The day before, they…read moreincorrectly set up my friend's phone plan; we asked for a 5G autopay plan with 15GB but ended up with a 2G unlimited plan instead. They did not clearly explain the fees. When we returned to clarify and fix the issue, the service was even worse. The staff member told us to call customer service and then refused to help us further, shouting 'GET OUT OF MY STORE!!!' When I tried to get his name, he covered his nametag. I managed to take a photo to remember him by, as he almost tried to snatch my phone from me. I've never encountered such rude service. I will attach his photo and am filing a formal complaint against this individual!

I was also concerned that because I had scratches on my phone that I would never be able to use a screen protector properly. Both of the girls at the store were amazing. I'm so wishing I could remember their names, but they were working Saturday, August 16 in the morning. Two girls both super amazing. I so wish I remembered their names. Please check for me. Not only did they give me the right case, the right screen protector, and upgraded my phone's awesomeness by giving me a very cool pop lock and cover for my camera. I love the way my phone looks now. It feels awesome and every time I see the sparkles it makes me smile. And every time I remember about going in the store I remember I promised I would do a review lol so here it is. Please find out what their names are for me supervisor person? Not only did my phone get fixed well that has a business you should be very impressed with therapy to up so I went in there for a case and left spending $150 on four products so shout out to them and I love the products I got!

If you're thinking about doing Verizon, think twice. T-Mobile was so much better and we very much regret switching. Customer service is terrible and clearly the employees don't give two beans about their clients. Do not switch to Verizon. Update. Tried calling the Business Manager...what a joke. It was just an automated message with no way to talk to a human. I'm extremely disappointed. Second update. We've been on the phone with this company for about 2 1/2 hours already this morning. You guys are very unhelpful. And the phone that my husband was supposed to get got sold to someone else. Your business really needs to do better. Supervisor Daniel stands out as one of the kindest, most intelligent, and knowledgeable Verizon supervisors I've encountered in Fresno. Associates Bella and Seth have also been incredibly professional and helpful during my visits. Cody, and a woman with glasses whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, both provided 100% top-tier customer service. Their support should be recognized and commended. However, despite these positive experiences, I feel compelled to address one of the most disrespectful and demeaning interactions I have ever had in a retail environment--an experience that left me hurt, humiliated, and deeply disappointed. During a recent visit, I was assisted by an employee named Caleb. From the very beginning, his approach was condescending and dismissive. He began our interaction by saying, "Don't interrupt me, I'm speaking"--completely inappropriate, especially when addressing a customer. He then questioned my decision to purchase a Gizmo device for my daughter, even after I explained I had a specific plan. Instead of supporting my choice, he undermined and disregarded it, saying I should just order online, despite my stated needs. As a female veteran who is currently unhoused, I felt belittled, mansplained, and disrespected--not just as a customer, but as a human being. This experience was not only upsetting; it was a clear violation of the dignity and respect every customer deserves. For the record, under California Government Code § 11135 and the Unruh Civil Rights Act (Civil Code § 51), it is illegal for businesses in California to discriminate against or harass individuals based on gender, veteran status, or housing status. As a protected class under both federal and California law--including the Fair Housing Act, California Military and Veterans Code, and local anti-discrimination policies in Fresno County--I deserve to be treated with respect and equality. I share this not to shame, but to call for accountability and training so that no other person--especially someone already facing challenges like housing insecurity--experiences this kind of treatment. Verizon, please invest in customer service training that aligns with your brand values and California's protections. To the amazing team members who do their jobs with integrity--thank you. You are the reason I return.

    Do not ever see or work with Daniel A specially if you visit this Verizon store. I went in to…read moreupgrade my phone, and was told that as part of my upgrade a screen protector and case were included FREE OF CHARGE. The kid lied and charged me for both items and snuck in a box charger that I did not ask for. He charged me $57 for a phone case, $72 for a screen protector, and $37 for a box charger. He told me my total charge was for the remainder of the iPhone balance and taxes. He then failed to print me a receipt invoice (said he wasn't able to) so he emailed me the receipt which didn't get to my phone email until hours after I left the store and saw what I was charged for. When he set up the screen protector and case, he threw away the packaging which didn't bother me, until I went in to the store this morning to get things right and return the items I thought were free. I was unable to return the items because I did not have the packages for them. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DANIEL A. However, Nicky who helped me this morning was able to refund me for the charging box as that was the only item left in a box. Again, if you visit this Verizon store, please do not do any work with Daniel A. I get they are commission based, but sell with integrity instead of lying to your customers!!
