I'm an absolute fan of the makeup, beauty and haircare aisles. Well organized. The only thing that sucked is there was one item I wanted. I picked up the box and it was empty. I find the prices to be slightly more expensive than Walmart but it's fine because I hate Walmart and will pay extra to shop here. The one thing I don't like about this specific location are the roaming groups of teenagers. I guess there isn't much for them to do in Cinco Ranch. Anyways, recommend for cute things, skincare, makeup and Starbucks.

I do not like self checkout and wanted a cashier. Only one station open. Asked for a manager as there were 5 people on line. The frontline manager showed up her name tag said Kae. She said she would check me out. As she was doing so she chastised me by saying as you would to a toddler "we are going to be polite in line". I asked her how I was not polite. She had no answer. I take exception to to being talked to like this when all I wanted was to know why they had no cashiers. I tried calling the store to no avail so here is their 1 star review.

Called and first got a rep who said "Unfreeze all three credit reports and call back." So I tried online again and was sopped with "unfreeze these two credit reports." So opened all three, waited the prescribed time and tried online again. No can do. I called again. This time I got someone who went through everything, and I think I messed up when I gave the wrong transfer PIN. Didn't know until it stopped again with instruction to go to a T-Mobile store to get it fixed. Oh no! A store? So we headed out to this store. I don't know the store generally, but Viri L was way more helpful than we deserved. I knew the problem was my wrong transfer PIN and told her so. Viri was patient as I dug through passwords for my old carrier. Long story short. Viri got everything fixed (and everything was a lot!) Luckily the store was not busy, so no customers were left waiting. Bottom line. I don't know about others at this location, but Viri L is confident, professional, and patient. She made the move from our old provider possible.

I had to walk around him to check out the rest of wall. And even then he stood there without moving. I asked to see one item and he picked up the wrong one . Ok I'll look at that. When he said it was like a charger I said no it would not be used, he slams it back on the holder. Right then I felt like he didn't really want to help me and I left. As I'm walking out he "calls" out : goodbye, come back, glad to have serviced you. I did tell him he didn't seem like he wanted to help me

Buyer Beware!! I hired George Grant to install 2 TVs, surround sound, and a security system on a…read morerecently purchased home that I was remodeling. I spent a total of $9533.14. George is very personable and was very responsive at first. However, when it was time to install, there were delays and he/his co-worker left messes behind. This was aggravating but I tolerated it as I needed to get everything up and running. A few months after installation, I had an issue with my TV and I learned that the TV that I purchased through Grant Elite Installations was not what I received. I then examined all my equipment and learned that most of it was not what I had ordered and WAS OF LESSER QUALITY!! I contacted Mr. Grant and he said he would make it right saying it was a distributer problem. I emailed again a few weeks later and he again stated it was the distributors fault. He still didn't refund the difference. I filed in small claims and won a judgement of $2203.95 plus costs and interest. See photos. I urge everyone that left a 5 star review to look at your product - since he did it to me, he probably did it to you!

They were very professional, made sure to work with me on the exact options on the TV mount and how it would be mounted (ie - could they hit a stud and get dead center on the wall). I noticed that they also tested the mount to make sure how secure it was prior to adding the TV (even though it was a fairly small 43 inch TV). Also very polite and made sure to vacuum up the small amount of dust from drilling into the wall. I will definitely use them again.
