I was super excited to get the email that my phone was ready to be picked up at the store and headed in to collect it. I was greeted by an empty store and a very attentive representative. It was nice to have the time to have him go over my new phone as I was transitioning from my old iPhone 7 Plus that o have had for a very long time. I didn't feel rushed at all. The store was also stocked with many fun cases but I opted to order a clear one on Amazon because I didn't want to hide the color of my new phone. I love it...it is this aqua green color. As my dad was asking him some questions about the account, the employee asked for the phone number but didn't clarify if it needed to be the main account holders number. My mother, who was not with us got a text and the employee seemed very put out that he had to send another code to another number.
