If you know what you want (EXACTLY) then go a head and shop here. Otherwise realize that the sales people will try their best to persuade you to get a phone that gets them a higher commission (not what is a best fit for you). I went in looking for a new smart phone. I had done a lot of research on this before I went in there. As I looked, the guy tried his very very very best to talk me out of the iPhone. At first he tried to tell me how much better the Windows Phones were. Then he tried the androids. Telling me that they had all the features I wanted (like video chat, which they did, but were not compatible with other iPhone users, a feature I wanted). In the end he got desperate and resorted to scare tactics (the iPhone won't work if you hold it in your hand you know! whatever.) I had been warned that they would do this (so it must happen fairly often), but I was surprised how hard the guy worked at it. The android phone I was looking at was $199 in the store and $130 on Amazon (so the guy had a good level of profit). The iPhone was $199 in the store and $199 online (very little profit because Apple regulates the price). Since profit = commission for the salesman I can see why he would rather I buy a different phone. But he took it way way too far. I bough my last phone from them (before my iPhone) and it was a horrible phone. I am glad I did not listen to them this time. (My iPhone is awesome!) I usually go to a store like this because I don't want to have to do the research (they are supposed to be experts right?). That is NOT the case with this store. They may know facts about the phones, but they will only give the facts that help you buy the phone they will profit the most from. UPDATE: If you do choose to shop here, make sure you double check your service plans online after you leave. I told they guy I wanted the $15 data plan 2 times and then (after he tried to scare me into the $25 plan) I asked him to be sure that I had the $15 data plan. Even after all that, I find out 2 weeks later that my account has the $25 data plan. I am sure he got a few extra bucks commission out of that, but it is not good customer service. read more

I'm really not surprised this place has such mixed reviews. They have a pretty poor way of running their stores. I am unhappy with this company because they have a "it's your fault and not our problem" type of attitude when I've had issues with orders in the past. In addition they can't even use a reputable company to send your products. There is a major risk of your $1000+ items being delayed multiple times in the same order. Getting moved from 2 days out to over a week without any explanation other than that you're SOL. This is unacceptable in my opinion if you are in need of a replacement or leaving to travel anytime soon, I'd go anywhere else to purchase a phone. I will never be purchasing a phone through them again. read more

I wish I would have read these reviews before I went to the store. The AT&T salesman who helped me was the biggest jerk. He had ZERO customer service skills. He was pissed off, ornery and rude the entire time I was in the store. I asked him questions about getting a new iPhone... he gave me 2 choices... when I knew, their store had more than 2 iPhones for sale. He only wanted to show me the iPhones that would get him more commission. The prices online were cheaper than they were in store. I told the guy I would purchase my iPhone online, because the prices were cheaper. He sat and argued with me about that. I will NEVER go back to this store. These guys have always been helpful when I've gone in. A couple times, the activation took much longer than it should have, but they gave me free accessories to compensate for that. They've always treated me with respect even when my kids were getting a little crazy in the store. read more

Bought my latest phone here, I only purchase phones every 2 years or so, first time from here. The sales rep was very nice, knew his stuff, and didnt push me to buy. He also wasnt afraid to tell me the downsides to all the phones I was inquiring about, and I walked out very satisfied. Also when i needed help setting up my voicemail box i came to this location and another rep helped me out. very friendly, I will keep coming here and have recommended this place to friends and family. read more

I had a crack galaxy note 2 and ordered my part at this place. was told it would take 7 days to arrive after a week i never received a call so i called to check up the tech says he still hasn't received the part so i waited another 1 and a half.... still my note 2 screen did not arrive. i called again and he stated to screen was never ordered correctly so he ordered the part again a month goes by and still no part for my phone... i call back and go to the store and once again the Tech says he still has not received this part after 2 months he calls and says the part finally arrived. by that time im like shove it, your the worst place to order a part from and after all that you tell me it was ordered and coming from CHINA! nothing wrong with that BUT had i known i would of order it myself from china on ebay. smh SO unprofessional.. from 7 day shipping to 2 months get out here with that. this shows service is not great at all. Their plans are all rip offs. As well as hide facts from you and decided your plan for you without your knowledge, until it's too late. Oh and I asked questions as well. I use alot of data(Internet radio) because my work won't provide WiFi best option was the 10gb plan, however I don't use minutes or text messages all that much. When I disputed their installment payments along with the advertised 199 with a plan they made me feel like an idiot. When I wasn't even told about the stuff till I went down disgruntled. They charge you more on the 2 year contract to pay back the the difference between the advertised 199 and the actual sales price of the phone "to make back the money" Right out of the sales man's mouth with the manager right there. So if you choose to pay 199 and the activation fee up front total 240ish you end up over the 2 years paying 180 more than doing installment charge on the phone. The installment differs on the phone you get. Mine phone is a total of 750 bucks. Over 2 years, even if I left to another provider/upgraded to a new phone within 18 months, I will pay 27.50 extra on my bill. Or I can pay it all off and not have it on my bill. Ooh and if your single and use alot of data at&t is by far the worst option for a provider. You are charged more because you don't have more lines. Once again they didn't tell me this till I went down fuming and demanded answers. Then they didn't educate calmly they made me feel like an idiot. read more
