Crew2 was great. They texted the night before with a window and when they were 30-minutes out. The guys were friendly and attentive. They double-checked that we were happy with where they were placing the seams and helped recommend the best places to hide them. (In the end, we couldn't see any seams anyway). The carpet but up against stone in the primary bathroom. They floated it beautifully to make it work without a threshhold. Also - one of the stone tiles in the bathroom was cracked -- by us awhile ago not by Crew2 -- and they actually took the time to glue it back in place. The workers who came did a pretty good job. Our problem was with the communication and scheduling of their office. We were supposed to have baseboards and new carpet installed on the same day. The carpet crew shows up on time but the baseboard crew never did. We called the company and they said they messed up the scheduling so the baseboard crew could come tomorrow. This would be fine if they worked on weekends but now I had to take another day off of work due to their error. When the baseboard crew showed up the next day they were confused because there was already new carpet down. They didn't have supplies to cover the carpet while taking off the old baseboard and installing the new one because the office didn't communicate with them. They tried to vacuum when they were finished but there was still a bunch of stuff everywhere in the new carpet. There was also some damage to the walls and a random splat of blood in that was concerning. Due to this I would not recommend. Too many headaches for what should have been an easy process. read more

All I want to say is getting floors installed in your home is a long process with many steps. It starts with a Home Depot associate coming to measure the rooms where your new flooring will be installed. Next, those measurements are given to another associate who calculates the costs of installing the flooring which includes materials, labor, delivery and moving furniture fees. Once that's calculated, an offer is emailed to you. If you approve of the invoice, the flooring will then be ordered and it takes about 2 weeks for the flooring to be delivered to your home. This is where the breakdown in communication happened for me. My flooring was delivered and the driver refused to deliver the flooring inside my home which was required by Home Depot. It took 4 days to resolve this issue. Finally, Frank and another store manager in Anaheim Hills came to my home and moved the flooring from my garage to the inside of my home so the floors could get acclimated to my home. Next, I had to call and schedule the installation date. The worker showed up on the date scheduled but he was alone and he told me that I was supposed to have moved all my furniture out of the rooms. What? I explained to him that's not what my invoice said. So he called another worker to come help him move my furniture and install the flooring. They finally installed my floors!! Yay!! They are beautiful! Home Depot did an excellent job! So my only criticism of this project was too much miscommunication from the people creating the invoice to the actual worker doing the job. It is a serious problem. I gave 4 stars because the end product was absolutely beautiful. Quality Pergo floors and quality installation. read more

Installers asked me if I had any questions before they began work. Then they got right to work and moved with purpose. Before they left , they asked me if I had any additional questions or requests.
