This seemed overall like an above average visit. Crew is a chain possibly only in Indiana. There are most certainly highlights from my visit. The service upfront by staff was exceptional. Pricing seemed a bit expensive but if you get their lower price wash, not outrageous. The wash itself seemed pretty good. There are no self-serve vacuums. This is a full service car wash and they offer monthly memberships. I will say that this is likely the best car wash in town. Unfortunately, Clancy's has fallen well off the mark in my opinion. 3.5 rounding up. read more

My car was absolutely covered in bird poo, so I decided to make a run to Crew Carwash. I was impressed with how quickly I was able to get through the line while still getting great service. The women whom I checked out with even offered to let me go through a second time if everything didn't come off in the first wash. I didn't even need to take her up of that offer! Rude, rude, rude. 2 lines with 2 attendants. My line's attendant said I needed to wait because the second car in the other lane was there before me and the car ahead of him was almost done. Even the Gm didn't care. There are other car washes like "Prime" that aren't rude... I will never return. read more

I signed up for the unlimited pass. Amazing idea and product if the facility and equipment didn't destroy your car! I bought a 2020 vehicle and intended to keep it in good shape by using this service. However, the rails/track that guide your car destroyed the paint on my rims scuffed them about a few mm or more on all 4 tires. The best visual I can give is if a dog was to chew on every single edge of your rims. If you have black rims do not go through here! If your tire isn't thick enough to clear the track, don't go here! You will regret it! You don't notice it at first, after using this service a couple of times you really see the wear of the equipment. Also, if your not guided into the track properly, the rails will deeply gash your rim in any trim. I took the car back to the dealership and it's going to cost upwards of $700 to repair. Not to mention the giant scratch down the entire hood of my car extending back toward my driver side door. Detailing can be costly depending on what's needed . The scratch is light enough to be buffed out when I get it professionally detailed and can only be seen it in bright light/sunlight. The staff is super friendly and welcoming! They definitely have the right people face to face with customers. They will answer all of your questions and help you fully understand the services! The discounts for new members is pretty great and the cost monthly is reasonably priced. The property is well maintained and clean, but none of that matters if it destroys your car... gets you in the door sure... but the damage will keep me away. The customer service was friendly when I cancelled as well. I haven't contacted the company for repair, they have a giant sign telling you it's at your own risk. The sales person tells you it's at your own risk. You sign paperwork as well. I should of heeded this warning, Lesson learned, as I go light $700 on fire for a $30 Carwash! Im sad this didn't work out, it is such a convenient service if your car can handle it. read more

My mother went to this location and the ding bat that directed my mother towards the entrance ended up directing my mother over to far. SO to rectify the situation the same ding bat advised my mother to just "gun it" to get over the track. Yes it messed up my mothers car and this unprofessional place would not take responsibility for the damage.
