Three stars is for the price! I just want to know if members get some type of price cut for the carwash being down ,it happens a lot (couple times since being a member) . I would like better service if there was more than one person working. How can one person handle a whole car wash by themselves? it is ridiculous. I will say the lady who is always by herself in the friendliest person ever! And it's not her fault there isn't more staff. read more

Can't even get the bugs off your car. Saw another post where a guy went through their wash and when he pulled up to a vacuum that worked he had a flat tire. Went in to talk to the manager and he said there was no way it happened while being ran through. Cos the complaining party over two hundred dollars and thkw 5 would not pay a dime. read more

I have used this car wash for about a year now and each time I go I am disappointed even more. My truck is never fully clean and the dryer at the end is a joke. Then when you try to vacuum out your vehicle, it takes moving to multiple bays just to find one that works. Last weekend was a great day to get my truck washed only to pull up and find it closed. This car wash does the job and can clean your car fine but the drying after it is terrible does a bad job and definitely don't recommend the dryer part for your car at the end. read more

It's not great but ok We pulled up to the carwash and the members lane was closed so we went throw the regular line and the people that worked there came out and had to scan the membership QR code which took longer, when they finally scanned the QR code we got to the carwash part and it was ok but at the end it doesn't dry vary well at the end therefore we had to even use the windshield wiper just to dry it off fully. When we tried using the vacuum outside more then half of them didn't work only 2 of them even work good. After we left I am probably generous giving them a 2 stare review. read more

Take business elsewhere. Ever since the change from Clearwater to Take 5, the service has declined dramatically. The member lane is no longer open for pre-paid members. This place feels thinly staffed and associates no longer seem motivated to make sure you have a good experience coming to this location. Associates no longer spray your vehicle and wash it with brushes or rags as your car enters the car wash. When questioned, associates copp an attitude rather than provide good service. You'll get a better experience at Crew Carwash or Clancy's Carwash in Muncie, IN. read more

horrible place stood outside, waiting almost 10 minutes just to get the vacuums turned on went through 17 vacuums and none of them were working left all the hoses laying on the ground. None of them have attachments so pathetic. read more

This place is a rip off. Half of the vacuums are sectioned off so you can't use them. The other half that are open don't work. This place needs serious attention. Trash is littered all over. Trash cans are full. The vacuum system is full, over half are broken and the collectors need cleaned out to work properly. This place is a disgrace. read more

My tire was punctured going through the Muncie car wash. It is a new car with new tires (12,000 miles on them). The manager said it was not their fault. My tire went flat within a couple of minutes after exiting and going over to the vacuum area (I never left the lot). Not just low, but totally flat. It was perfect going into the carwash. I had to spend $250 on a new tire (and was without a car for 2 days) and was told something slit/punctured my tire. I suppose something could have fallen off another car in front of me, I don't know, but a tire doesn't just go totally 100% flat in a few minutes without major damage. So, the car wash saved $250. but I will spend the rest of my days telling people to avoid that car wash. Bad advertising? You bet. read more

It was ran 2 times to get bugs cleaned from windshield & grill ... the finial solution for round 3 was for me to use a rag and clean it myself. Besides the bugs still on the car, the car was water spotted and with bugs on back. read more

I took my vehicle to Clearwater and they did such a great job on It. I've had problems with the other washes in town getting It clean. I'm a satisfied customer every time I leave their wash. They have friendly greeters that are incredibly helpful and professional. Every time my car exits the wash it's incredibly clean. It's a nice sight to see every time I see It in the garage after a wash. I only want the best for my vehicle, that's why I take mine here. I would recommend everyone else do the same.
