I went back 3 hours later and spoke with Erin the female manger on duty and showed her the truck. She denied any wrong doing and even had the nerve to ask if i had any snow on it as that could have scratched it!!! Its freaking APRIL!! CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP ON THE SPOT AND YOU SHOULD ALSO!

The 360 adds three services: premium ceramic, graphene shield, and underbody rust protection. The employee explained each of these new features and mentioned that I could get a free upgrade to 360 since I was already an Unlimited member. I really liked the 360 and it definitely added a nice shine. The Unlimited pass is definitely a good value, as I appreciate being able to go through the wash as often as necessary. I always like driving a clean vehicle so I get good use from my Unlimited pass.

The dryer was especially nice. It dried your whole car twice while still inside the wash. Not the drive thru kind. I've moved recently and this car wash is on my commute path so it's very convenient for me. Especially with young children. Not sure if it was a fluke but I went at 8:30am and I only paid $6 instead of the posted $10. Maybe it's a morning deal? Not sure! Anyways, I loved this easy hometown car wash. I'll be going again.

While I wait he gave me a Taco Bell combo. He told me some sales people is under pressure to make sales. I do have slow motor skills and a speech impediment and I wish if people who has these are not high pressure into a choice. If Matt Steinbrink and Todd Johnson just say sorry and agree to be less high pressure to people who have speech impediment and slow motor skills in the future. I would remove any and all negative reviews. Unfortunately I tried to get refinance but the online paperwork is to confusing to me.

They were friendly, efficient, and professional, and the charge was reasonable. They even washed my car! I would definitely come back here for any other auto needs.
