I frequently visit this Crew location, and I going found the employees to be friendly and helpful. On this visit the employee explained the new Ultimate 360 option. The 360 adds three services: premium ceramic, graphene shield, and underbody rust protection. The employee explained each of these new features and mentioned that I could get a free upgrade to 360 since I was already an Unlimited member. I really liked the 360 and it definitely added a nice shine. The Unlimited pass is definitely a good value, as I appreciate being able to go through the wash as often as necessary. I always like driving a clean vehicle so I get good use from my Unlimited pass. read more

This Crew Carwash is one of my favorites. When Mike's Carwash became Crew Carwash they must have lost some leadership. I found that a lot of them did not care to take the time in the pre-work or the prep work before going into the carwash. This one is different they take the time up front to make sure the bugs are off the bumpers and off the windshield and if anything needs a little extra attention you get it. I would love for this to be a little closer to my house but the Crew that is close to me is definitely not a good one. Every time I travel through Anderson I will stop and get the truck washed here. I live in Maryland, but every time I am in Indiana I stop my local Crew Carwash and get my vehicle washed. The cool thing about there car wash is that they use warm water to wash your car so that it always comes out perfect. If you don't like it, they will run it through again free of charge. read more

I go to Crew Carwash in Anderson almost daily as a monthly unlimited member. Two cars at unlimited wash plans the ultimate the top of the line! The car wash feeds cars left to right. Today. Man on my right got mad in the unlimited line got mad and insisted he was before me in line even though signs cleArly said cars left to right. He got out of his car and approached the car on my wife's side. She rolled down the window and listened to a "don't try to play me man" tirade by a man 6 ft five! Crew you must fix this, Put signs in every lane on top That say unlimited all three lanes. Someone's going to get killed one of these days over a stupid car wash interaction. They have great customer service! I have the choose two and in the summer time I always ask them to scrub the bugs off before I go in and they always take the extra time to take care of my truck! I go here a least once a week and just wish there was one closer to my house! read more

As Crew has become more popular you now have to realize that you may be waiting in line to go through for several minutes. I have noticed almost every time I go through the tailgate of my Silverado is not cleaned. They need to make sure they spray the tailgate before you go through. read more
