I understand that the paint will not match 100% however, the match was probably less than 70%. I brought my car in to install a trim for my bumper and to correct a previous paint job from another body shop -Maaco. It looked a tad bit darker but the shade was not worth the price. They also painted over some trim, that was not supposed to be painted (black rubber). And not only was that upsetting, but my tail light had a chip in it. I took pictures of my car before, and I know where all the flaws in my car are, so when the owner denied it and said it was like that, I had to prove to him that the damage was not there before. I think any car owner would know where their cars defects are. The owner said he didn't know the cost of a taillight and offered to discount my invoice ~$90. How does a body shop not know the price of a tail light?!? I accepted only because the situation was already awkward. Nonetheless, a tail light is not $90... and I have to take time out of my day to install it. Hope this helps anyone decide to use this shop. Take pics of before and after.

Everything you have read in the other reviews as far as Roderick's professionalism, upbeat positive attitude, and willingness to work with your schedule is true but as positive as that is it isn't what is really important. First the Lumar film had me worried but after some lengthy internet research I found it was rated as one of the three manufacturers you want installed and Lumar was the only hydrophobic PPF. The research also showed me that the installer is actually the most important factor. First impression I couldn't tell anything was installed and 6 weeks later I still can't unless I look where I know I can find a seam (Did not get car fully covered). I do see where rocks have hit the car over 6 weeks but see no paint chipping. Like most people I don't give reviews often and when I do it's usually to warn people so when I give a good review it's because the service went above and beyond. Since I first wrote this review and posted it at the wrong business (review was removed), I dented one of my cars with a luggage cart and called for a reference for paintless dent repair, well they do that too. They had me come in the next business day and made the dents disappear giving me a little more time with a flawless new car (until someone gives me a fresh dent).

Mario was friendly and honest about his work. He didn't bat an eye when we told him we'd be paying ourselves. My car was done when promised and came in under the quote price. (He even replaced a piece I forgot about that I broke a couple years ago during a flood in Castleton.) My entire hood had to be repainted. There's no scratches, random marks, or circular patches on it. It looks like it came right off the assembly line. He also picked up my car at my house and dropped it off when the work was complete. I had to do extra wipe down. Fragrance was overwhelming. Their location is a bit scary looking and you aren't quite sure they will do quality work. But my car looked nice when I got it back. I especially liked how clean the mats were. The car was still moist inside but that is because I really needed an in and out day job. Cost was $100 and that was with a discount and interior only.
