I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this location. The cost of the car wash is already high, and for $39.99, it is unreasonable for staff to be unwilling or inconsistent about properly spraying the vehicle before it goes through the wash. Even when I ask, only one side of the car is sprayed--often not the back at all. This is now the second complaint I've had about this exact issue at this location. At this point, it's not an isolated incident; it's a recurring problem. It's winter, when salt buildup is already a major concern. Between the high prices and incomplete service, I'm leaving with salt still on my vehicle after paying for what should be a thorough wash. That is unacceptable. This level of service does not match the price point, and this location seriously needs to do better. (Edit) To be completely honest I understand going in twice to get the salt off but why do i have to feel like a burden by asking to spray the car? It takes 10 seconds to do that and it wasn't that busy at the time I drove my car through the car wash. So to even say it depends on how busy we are if we can get to it. There should be no exceptions if I ask to spray the car down and the car wash is $40. read more

The individual was nice and kind that help me get started with crew car wash! Who was not being able to have a receipt I have paid with my company card with their vehicle and we must have a receipt very unprofessional. I was told that he was gonna try to get me one, but no one seemed to know how to print a receipt, I will be canceling my membership and going with someone else. read more

Worst service I've ever received still have bugs on the windshield went through three times was told I need to roll down the window and tell them where it is when I was pointing at it on my third time going through Mac was the one who came out and told me that I need to roll down my window to communicate to them well I figured after the third time through pointing and then rolling down the window it would get taken care of, but it doesn't I had a $40 a month charge I canceled that I will no longer be going there. I think they've got too big to care actually about washing cars good time for somebody to start another business. read more

I pay for the unlimited and there was quite a few cars lined up but I noticed they didn't pre spray the front and back end off my car. Was that because they are trying to push all of us thru quickly? I was a little disappointed about that. read more

I wanted to love them but they proved me wrong. What it is besides the treatment I'm su? I Can't be sure if not a "sorry about that " every time I go there. No choice but canceling that membership that is doing more harm than good to me. read more

So far I have been to this location twice and both times I had a great experience. All the staff I've interacted with are so professional, friendly and kind. It's kinda rare to find this type of Katie r service at a car wash (at least from my experience). read more

Huge shoutout to Kasey and Mackenzie for taking care of us today. We signed up for the Unlimited Club for my husband's car and hit some snags. By the time we went through the wash, they had it fixed for us. The entire staff was friendly and patient. We also noticed there wasn't a single man working today and both the manager and team leader were women. Props to Crew for promoting and empowering women to lead. read more

I just showed up at 7am and Alex the manager went above and beyond! Swept out some extra debris in the bed of truck! Thank you again Alex!

Step one: weave your way into the somewhat windy entrance of this Castleton location Step two: feel somewhat bad when you tell the super sweet girl on staff that you're not interested in waxing your wheels. They hire the friendliest kids. According to their signs and marketing, they also pay well. Step three: assume that all of the creepy stuffed animals found throughout the property are to help kiddos feel less afraid of the car wash experience. Step four: cross your fingers that you like your tire up in the track and don't damage your rims. Step five: enjoy a few moments of presenting you own a self-driving car Step six : baller status. Your car looks brand new. Pray it doesn't rain today. For once you look like you have your shit together. read more

The lines are always full, but it moves along. The actual car wash seems longer than some I've been to downtown. Not sure it that's real or some kind of allusion. Easy in, easy out. read more

It's a carwash. I have the unlimited club. I don't like how they don't have the bars for every lane, only the unlimited club. It's kind of unorganized how people get to go thru next. read more

I have been to several Crew washes and I have to say this is the first time where the attendant pulling me in, Zach, remained smiling and seemed like he really enjoyed his job. Don't get me wrong, the service is great 99% of the time but his personality and smile made you feel good about going! Good work Zach and Crew team! read more

A little bit awkward to get to and best reached going southbound on Allisionville road but you can turn left into if going northbound on Allisonville road. Seems like they updated their washing method, there's now an additional gate that sprays your car and the jets inside the wash seem stronger. I think the signs they're using is a great idea because it can be hard to hear them if you're windows are rolled up. Never had a bad experience at Crew Carwashes. read more

Took my new 2021 Chevy Trailboss in, I live close by and I knew they do a monthly subscription so I was going to go try them out and see how well it looked. I went through I got the 20$ ultimate wash. It looked okay after. Got most of the dirty spots but honestly the heat dry after was pretty useless. After a wash I always rub down my vehicles. Upon rubbing down my truck there are scratches and chipped paint on the grill/bumper. Not satisfied at all and I'm not even one to complain or be dissatisfied, but when you spend all this money on a vehicle to have a car wash mess it up it's pretty upsetting. read more

This is by far my favorite Crew Carwash. The line is never crazy long. Ever. And Leonard and his weekend crew are incredibly generous. Very kind. 10/10 customer service. Really hope someone sees them and they get recognition. Thanks, Leonard! read more

The car wash is good. The up selling can be a bit much when they continually ask to add something - "you have a great finish on that car, would you like to protect it?" I say no thank you, and they leave it alone. (What I would like to say is, "my car looks like my toddlers took a rake down the side of it - what do you mean I have a great finish?") The people are always pleasant and seem to care about safety - for customers, employees and vehicles. I would suggest getting a book if you are going to use the wash multiple times - you'll get 1 or 2 free washes out of it! read more

Just curious why don't they spray the front of the cars or guide you on the tracks safely why were the mirrors taken down? As an unlimited customer I hate that I've lost those minute perks! I'm going to try out sparking image by the end of the month and make a hard decision otherwise it's a Carwash.. I'm always able to get a spot to dry baby off and clean her out. The staff always smile and greet ya! That's important! Sign always say hiring and paying $12 an hour. That's decent. Wait and what about the customer appreciation days when they use to pass out the small complementary bottles of window cleaner. come on crew. When you and mike split, things just haven't been the same. Anyone care to enlighten me on what happen. Ok, I'll goggle it when I'm trying out Sparkling Image. read more

Do not take a brand new car to Crew Carwash. They will make it worse than it is original condition. I took my brand new 2022 Mercedes to crew carwash and after the carwash there were scratches at the hood, dirty spots on the bumper and gum on the wheels. They use dirty and unclean water to wash the cars. They do not take responsibility for their work . read more

Crew corporate should think about doing more construction at this location. It is constantly being closed for work.

Not only was the customer service great but they made sure before I left that my truck was completely cleaned, if I lived here I would go to them weekly! Didn't even notice someone grabbing a couple loose bungee cords from the bed of the truck to hand me personally to not get lost in the wash read more

This location on the northwest corner of 82nd and Allisonville did a great job on my car today. It was not packed, and Nick the manager and Conner(?) went above and beyond to help me out. My tires/wheel wells/ side of car got splashed in yellow road paint a few days ago in a parking lot that didn't have wet paint signs up! Huge bummer. Word to the wise, get that stuff off STAT! It hardens further with time. I did the sprays, vaseline method, etc over the last few days. It was about 50% off and needed a good power spray down before I worked on it again at home. They really took the time to go above and beyond and repeatedly sprayed their own Road Paint remover in the wheel wells and power washed it for 15min before I went through the automatic car wash for an Ultimate. Great job and I will be back! P.S. dogs get treats! :) woof read more

I always use Crew Carwash but today they exceeded in customer service. I was driving behind a city bus that was spitting out oil. It got all over my white truck. I told the girl who was taking payments what happened. She had her manager come out and watch over my truck as it went through the wash. He then told us to go back a second time to be sure it all came off! Thanks!!! You guys are awesome! read more

The car wash location damages my car and saids it's not their fault. The cars part was solid but the their not responsible. Go here if you want your car damage , sorry you got kids as managers and they don't know to operate a business so stop going to crew read more

The decline of service at this location (and others) since the Mike's/Crew split is really unfortunate. I have been washing my car in the self-service bays at this location since I moved to this area five years ago, but I cannot spend my money here when poorly maintained equipment prevents me from giving my car a decent wash. The last time I visited, the presoak was empty/not working. Today, it was the grime remover. After completing the full wash cycle and finding my car a streaky mess of soap residue, I ran a second wash cycle and re-did the power rinse. This made no difference. I brought this to the attention of an employee who could only say that "it's a self serve bay" as though that somehow means they aren't required to provide equipment that is in proper working order. I asked to speak to the manager- Sean- who was ruder than the first employee I approached. He did not say hello, offered no apology, told me I was not washing the car properly, and offered to have someone "show me how to to wash" the car I've been hand washing at this location for three years. I told him that I'd already ran a second wash cycle at my own expense, and that I wanted a refund so I could wash it elsewhere. This was not permissible to Sean, who finally uttered "sorry" when he declined my refund. I grew up in Fort Wayne and have been a Mike's customer since I bought my first car twenty years ago. Unfortunately, this is the third incident of poor service I've experienced at Crew locations since this summer, and in light of these ongoing issues it's time for me to find a new car wash. read more

In a highly populated area this Crew Carwash does a good of a job as any corralling cars in and out of there like cattle to the slaughterhouse. The only critique I have is the 3 alternating lanes is an "every man for himself" situation. read more

These guys stink. They had a sign advertising 'Early Bird' and when I pulled up the guy turned it around. I asked for the discount, no one was behind me and he just gave the discount to 3 cars in front of me while I waited. He said it ended at 9:00am. (It was 9:05am, technically..yes) I asked him why he didn't turn the sign around at 9:00? He screwed your company out of the car wash cost because your employee doesn't understand the advertisement was still up and posted. As a business owner myself, I would have been more than happy to give the discount for the business. We left. read more

We have repeatedly experienced horrible customer service at this location. One time the carwash stopped for 5min while the spinning scrubbers continued to spin on our car. In the same spot. For five minutes. We were naturally concerned about the finish on our car because the scrubbers aren't built to scrub the same spot continuously. The person working that day took a 2 second look at our car, didn't apologize or offer anything to help resolve our concern and flippantly said, "Your finish looks fine to me," and sent us on our way. We have also had to replace our unlimited wash pass because they weren't able to scan it and they were very rude/harsh. They treated us like it was our fault they couldn't scan the pass. Just terrible experiences at this location. read more
