He is always friendly and honest, but not mean about it. I feel comfortable when I get my teeth cleaned and my teeth/gums feel great after my appointments. I recently started Invisalign and I see Dr. Pham for Invisalign related stuff. She is very sweet and explains everything. The process has been smooth so far thanks to Dr. Pham. Wayne is the office manager and he is a cool guy. Very friendly and always has an answer to my insurance/payment/scheduling questions. To the smiles as you enter the office and greetings from the front desk and how the staff assistant was so sweet while she was training a new employee and the way they explain what they'll do in a way you don't feel so much tension and they were attentive especially sticking those chips pressing on to your gums while they take the xray it did not hurt like most of the dentist chairs I've sat in. The way Dr. Stein address the things we can work on and to get where I want my teeth to be and trying to find the root cause before fixing the face lift of my dental issues which is rare because most dentist I had in the past would only work with what they see and not much problem solve in the long run. Once you challenge them in the extra costs, they act like you should have known everything. They tell you all the important information when it's too late for you to educate yourself so you are stuck going with whatever they say and these are thousands of dollars of upcharges. 2. Lies, told us that prescription was sent to pharmacy when we left. Was waiting at pharmacy to get prescription but pharmacy claims to never have received the order after an hour has passed. Called immediately and said they they have sent it and it might take an hour for the system to update itself. 4 hours later, pharmacy still hasn't gotten the order. Called them back and said that they are waiting for the doctor to send it in. So you blatantly lied to me earlier? Everytime I call them, I'm just expecting some kind of dumb excuse or lie.
