Super cute in custom sign, the decor was trendy, but way more than I expect in a mall

I wanted so badly to love this spot and have held off on going for so long but after a long stressful day of shopping, I figured it was a good time to spoil myself with a hot bowl of Ramen. The menu was straightforward and a little overpriced, but in line with most Ramen places these days. The service at the counter was prompt and we were helped right away ordering a bowl of tonkostu with a little bit of spice to it. This is where the enjoyment ended. While the staff was kind and helpful, the food was a complete disappointment. I like to say I know my noodles and this was not it. The noodles were not overdone and retained the proper texture, but the broth lacked flavor entirely. The egg was good and had a perfectly cooked center and the slice of pork was satisfactory. But you go to a Ramen shop for the broth and this one had nothing but the spice I added to it. It lacked flavor, it lacked depth, it lacked aromatics. I might come back and order something stirfry or crêpe, but the Ramen was nowhere near worth it. I even made the remark to my friend that I probably would have enjoyed one of the instant Ramen's from across the food court better. Super cute interior and everything was clean . I'm sure some people will enjoy this style of Ramen if they don't know what they are eating, but I can't in good conscience recommend it.

Immediately drawn in by their kawaii seal characters all throughout their posters and signs and the fact that they had crepes (one of my fav dessert items, especially if they're done Japanese cone style versus cringe French plate style, no offense lol, it's just cuter and more aesthetically pleasing). I gotta get this outta the way, this is in no way shape or form authentic ramen AT ALL. It's obviously a bizarre mish mash of all Asian diaspora cuisine and can be seen in the random Japanese/Chinese décor with some anime/kawaii mixed in and K-pop playing on the radio. The menu has boba, crepes, and instant noodle/dry noodle style dishes. I think for something offered in a mall food court, there's a HUGE variety! Crepes, boba, and ramen. What more can you ask for? We got the: 1) Strawberry Sangria: -I got this less sweet and still sweet enough in refreshing yummy way. -It's a blended strawberry and black tea drink with rainbow jelly. -Perfect for a hot day! Especially if you're a strawberry fan. 2) Special F Chow Mein: -There are 2 different types of this chow mein, a savory and creamy nutty one and a spicy savory umami one. -They were pretty dang cheap from what I remember, so we got both. -Disclaimer this is made with what I'm sure is instant noodles and is soup-less, but delicious, nonetheless. -Not dry at all, good amount of sauce and not too salty. It's simple and hits the same spot where I need to make instant noodles as a snack at night. 3) Belly of the Beast: -Once again, definitely not authentic ramen by any means, but it's a yummy instant noodle, fancier junk food meal. -It's a tonkotsu broth made with spicy Korean tare (I'm looking at you Shin Ramyun), 1/2 a ramen egg, chashu, apple wood bacon, pulled pork, wood ear mushroom, spinach, corn, seaweed, and scallions. -Again, taking a look at the ingredients it's not authentic but has the same vibe as a nicer DIY instant noodles that you may make at home and it's not bad in that sense, don't make your expectations too high, come hungry, and if you love instant soup style noodles, this is perfect. 4) Loaded Lechera: -This is a crepe made with lechera with their signature crunch, vanilla ice cream topped with boba, caramel, Chantilly cream and powdered sugar. -Simply it's condensed milk, boba, and some caramel. It melted pretty quickly, but it's a yummy sweet, simple dessert. If I'm ever back in this area, I don't mind coming back here for more of their crepes and fingers crossed they got more of their cute seal character mascots!

What was intriguing about this place was that it had milk tea , ramen , and crepes so that was different and I like all three. Would've gave them 4.5 but the reason why, was I would say my first experience was a let down. Reason why I gave it 3 is because the gyoza came out and tasted good and so was our drink. Of course the prices a bit inflated but it's a good place to go if you have someone to share with so you can try more things. But kept it simple this time. The milk tea was good but that's not hard to mess up. It was the ramen that basically led me to give it a score. The ramen tasted really good but it came out as if it was sitting somewhere for a while. Didn't return it because more people were ordering and the staff seemed to be fumbling on getting everything done. But the fact that it still tasted good is what kept me from giving the whole place 1 star. Service was as expected but the girl who was making crepes didn't have any gloves and was touching everything from door handles to her phone to many different things including making people crepes. We wanted to order one because they looked good but didn't for that reason. So if you get sick that could be a reason. That and the ramen wasn't warmed up to health standards but fortunately we didn't get sick. The inside was nice and clean, and nice decor for it being in the mall. But that's another thing. Since it's in the food court area , people come sit inside regardless if they brought outside food. I'll give it one more try and try their crepe. I'm actually being lenient with this review. So guess let's see how next time goes.

Been here 10+ times at this point. A man dropped out of college to start his dream restaurant, YuChen is a very kind and welcoming soul. Broth is incredibly delicious, family, recipes, and packed full of flavor and nutrients. I love the sitting area as well, nicely lit, and not too harsh.

We discovered this great restaurant at the food court in the mall. It's great because you can go inside and sit down. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They have a nice variety on their menu and everything is yummy and delicious.

This restaurant ambience is absolutely incredible, the workers here are so sweet and one of them out of their way to put a show on Disney plus for my niece. The owner (Aidan) is a hardworking man who goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. They also have smash available so you can dine and game which is fun for all the gamer boys n girls. Now the food is exquisite. I have never tasted Ramen like this. Every item on the menu is made in house had some take several days of prep so they really don't play about their food, highly recommend you try this place and if you love chicken get the chicken tori ramen!

Have you ever wondered what it would be like of Naruto was French? Throwing cigarettes instead of Shirkin's. This restaurant is a Japanese Korean French ménage a Trois of flavor that isn't afraid to spice things up in the kitchen. So many options, sweet, savory, noodles, boba. This place is great in the heat for the boba, and also awesome in the winter for ramen. I've had one of everything pretty much at this point and though ranking is probably second to what you feel like eating in the moment, I would probably rank the food subgroups in this order. 1. Boba - possibly best boba I've ever had, out of a lot. 2. Savory/Sweet crepe - I had the tofu, I was amazed. 3. Tonkatsu Ramen - it was good, I think the broth could have been a little thicker, but there are many options. The one thing I would say is this place can be a little overwhelming with some of the options. I love having the options though, but id like a visual representation of said options. It's a little hard to choose or make the right choice when you can't visualize something you haven't chosen before. All that being said, this place is one of the most creative, must try spots I've been to in a long time. I give 5 stars for the fusion of these possibilities. It's like the owner gathered all seven dragon balls and wished for this place. Highly recommend getting the boba. It's the best. Believe it!

This place was amazing! Delicious ramen, amazing crepes and the gyoza was delicious. The pork belly is tender and flavorful. I would highly recommend! Customer service was excellent.
