At that point, we usually head to another restaurant, only to receive a message minutes later that our table is suddenly ready. Because of this, the restaurant ends up sending a lot of business across the street to the Original Pancake Factory. If they could get their waitlist process under control, this place would truly be unbeatable. If you want something similar I would highly recommend LaPeep and they can manage a wait list.
