Eventually it ended up at A-Team Auto and I could not be happier with the service!! They were expecting my car and called when it didn't arrive. I would have never known it was dropped off at the wrong place if they didn't called me. They quickly repaired the Jeep (it needed a new starter), repaired the hideous dent in my bumper, put air in my tires, and made sure the whole car was in tip top shape! They really put time and care into fixing my car. On top of that, the customer service was amazing! They were friendly and answered ALL my questions - and I had a lot, lol. I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a mechanic, I'd highly recommend Jim and Joe at A-Team!

This is my third visit to Ken's Automotive…read more I brought my car back to Ken's for an oil change and made a separate appointment for brakes. I was shocked by the price of an oil change (it was higher than Jiffy Lube and Midas) but the price for brakes was less than what I have paid in the past at other auto shops. I'm still in sticker shock of the oil change but the upside is that I'm a 5K mile change instead of a 3K mile change due to the limited driving (car is 11 years old with 93K miles). I have an appointment to replace my car brakes which barely based the annual inspection so at the time of this review, my car is with the shop awaiting for repairs.

I had my fill of auto repair shops that overcharge. I found some places on yelp but one looked like a junkyard and there was no one around to even talk to and the other had already quoted a ridiculous price without even seeing the vehicle. I found good reviews on Yelp and other sites about Dynamic Transmission and decided I would go to them. I am glad I did. From the moment I got there, I could see how organized the office and the work area was. The owner Jim and girl in the office were very nice, knowledgeable and honest. It turned out that I needed a radiator which Jim told me when I explained the situation. My car was done quickly and is running great.

This place was recommended to me by a family member who's been coming here for many years for both of his cars. The inspection was pretty fast and the pricing overall was very reasonable. Quotes given from other locations nearby were very pricy compared to Auto Matters. The cherry on top is having that feeling you can trust your car with the people working on it and whether they'd actually be willing to share their knowledge on what should or can be done to keep your car in its best shape long-term, not a quick fix. You'll get that here at Auto Matters. It also helps that they are located in such a convenient area. Will definitely be coming back here if I ever am in need of their other car repair services in the future. In my line of work being a delivery driver forced to use her own vehicle rather than a company vehicle, I rely heavily on my car staying in tip top shape. Thank you, Auto Matters for your swift yet efficient service, your attention to detail and honesty. Until next time!
