After less than 6 months of use the stitching on the nose band where you buckle it under the horses nose was fraying. I took it back expecting it to be replaced. Instead I was told I must have "slammed it in a door" or that it was "chewed on by mice or dogs". Obviously I would not have returned it if that had been the case. Very surprised at the lack of customer care. I will be shopping on line from now on.

The owner Terri would not measure her unless she put down a $500 deposit. My daughter did not have the money at the time because Grandma was buying the boots. Terri would not help her, said "why would I measure you if your not buying the boots?" made my daughter feel embarrassed and upset. She wasted a 45 minute drive to this shop. When I called the store to complain, Terri copped an attitude with me and I congratulated her on losing a $1200 sale and I hung up. She called me back at work and threatened to tell my boss. NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS TERRY!
