In the treatment room, Nicole and Whitney were outstanding caregivers--attentive, compassionate, and thorough. I had multiple extractions after months of radiating jaw pain since September 2025. Dr. Ravi Chandran, DDS, is a phenomenal surgeon--sharp, on point, and incredibly skilled. Thanks to this team, I am nearly pain-free for the first time in over five months! This entire office deserves every bit of recognition. I wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone needing oral surgery or dental implants! //Signed// Rev. Bradford S. I was in and out in about an hour total. I was a bit nervous, but I was assured I would be fine. After the IV was started, I remember waking up and looking at my husband, asking "am I done?" Quick, efficient, no stitching needed. Dr. Chandran was excellent as well as his nursing staff. Angie Nguyen 4 minutes ago New My name is Paul, went in to get a estimate for an Implants options. I have a insurance from Met Life. I had x ray from my dentist yet having a troroble to email to front Desk lady. A nurse told me that they will not chage me for x ray from them so I gave her permission to do so. I was scheduled to remove one of my teeth yet I did cancel due to conflicting my own schedule. They charged me my normal insurance deductible $50. Then about a month later they sent the Big bill $380 for an exam fee and that free X rays... This place was referred by my Owner at my company... I can't believe they do not stand by what they told the patients. I don't put any negative reviews on businesses because I am also in customer service business and some people are just beyond crazy. I hope they will remove my initial charge and I would not recommend any one to go to this place. I will call my insurance company as well and would like to get an apology from this place.

There is usually no wait when I make it to my appointment and they always pair you with the same dental tech so you can get more comfortable and acquainted with the person you are working with. It's located in a large shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking. I can't think of my dental techs name but she always does an amazing job at cleaning my teeth and Dr, Nicole Ochoa comes right behind her with the exams to make sure all is well. If you are looking for a more intimate, family owned dentist, this is the place to be.

A day later, the temporary crown popped off and I ended up back in the dental office. Was told that permanent crown was in, but I specifically told the dentist that tooth and gum hurt to much for permanent crown -that I wanted to finish the antibiotics first before the permanent crown is placed. I was very clear. Went back following week - I thought to get the permanent crown. The dentist seemed a bit nervous and anxious. He told me I was good to go!!!! I said that I still need the permanent crown placed. He stated that he did it the previous week when I SPECIFICALLY ASKED TO WAIT. WHERE IS THEIR ETHICS IF THEY DISREGARD A PATIENT'S RIGHTS AND WISHES.

Throughout it all, they've consistently made us feel welcome and well cared for. One of the things that has always set this office apart is their respect for patients' time. Unlike many places where you can arrive promptly only to wait 30 minutes or more, I've rarely waited more than five minutes here. That reliability means a lot. Today's visit, however, was bittersweet. I came in expecting to see my longtime hygienist, Kelly, only to learn she is no longer with the practice. While the new hygienist was pleasant and professional, I truly missed seeing Kelly. She's been a part of our dental care journey for years, and that kind of connection is rare. In my opinion, businesses should do everything they can to retain the people who help make them great--whether through better compensation, flexibility, or simply recognition. That said, I'll continue coming to Princeton Dental because the overall experience remains the best in the area. And wherever Kelly is, I sincerely hope she's doing well.
