Dr. Park provided me with caps and filled cavities. In addition, the office staff were good with insurance and coordinating with other Doctors.

My family and I have been patients at Princeton Dental for at least eight years. Throughout it all, they've consistently made us feel welcome and well cared for. One of the things that has always set this office apart is their respect for patients' time. Unlike many places where you can arrive promptly only to wait 30 minutes or more, I've rarely waited more than five minutes here. That reliability means a lot. Today's visit, however, was bittersweet. I came in expecting to see my longtime hygienist, Kelly, only to learn she is no longer with the practice. While the new hygienist was pleasant and professional, I truly missed seeing Kelly. She's been a part of our dental care journey for years, and that kind of connection is rare. In my opinion, businesses should do everything they can to retain the people who help make them great--whether through better compensation, flexibility, or simply recognition. That said, I'll continue coming to Princeton Dental because the overall experience remains the best in the area. And wherever Kelly is, I sincerely hope she's doing well.

oh how I wish I could give this business zero stars... They…read moreare a money hungry struggling small business and they make it very obvious... I sent my wife here a few months ago as we recently moved to the area and I had some concerns based on her diagnosis / visit but I needed further verification before making a review. My wife has peridontal (previously diagnosed) so when they recommended a deep cleaning for her I didn't really think much of it even though she stays on top of getting her cleanings routinely and throughout our marriage she has taken care of her teeth due to the fact that she did not have dental insurance the majority of her life and the last decade of our marriage she has been able to maintain dental insurance due to my job. I however have had dental insurance the majority of my life and have never had even so much as a cavity in my 37 years of life. Upon entering the Loganville dental office they immediately began to tell me I may need a deep cleaning, which obviously peaked my curiosity and brought to mind the FACT that they told my wife the same thing even before they had seen her teeth. They ran through the basic x-rays and diagnostics with me noting constantly that because I had not seen a dentist in the last 3 years and the fact i have tarter on the back of my bottom row of teeth that I would likely need a deep cleaning. They also happened to reveal their hand a bit by stating things that would negate the need for a deep cleaning (before they had checked these things) like if I don't have any bone loss or multiple pockets bigger than 3-4mm. after finishing the diagnostic they noted I had ZERO bone loss, and only one pocket bigger than 3-4mm. In the world of AI and AGI we are now able to verify "professional" diagnostics by cross referencing the data with an AI query, and of course I did this and AI confirmed a deep clean is not necessarily needed in my situation. As we started the diagnostics the initial tech was constantly implying and some times even directly saying I probably have periodontal, which is absurd to even try to diagnose without having x-rays etc.. not to mention while talking about my children he quite literally said "you should bring your 15 month old daughter so she can GET USED TO STRANGERS IN HER MOUTH" I tried to let that slide in the moment but I will admit it really got under my skin and that type of phrasing is horrendous to say the least. shortly after the diagnostics I was able to see the "doctor" who by the way was not the main doctor nor the owner of the business. I told the doctor who was an Asian lady (probably Chinese) that I had been through homelessness in my early 20's and had much more tarter the first time I had a teeth cleaning after that period of my life and the prior dentist was able to clean it all with a standard cleaning. She insisted she was right because she was the professional (by the way that's a logical fallacy, specifically an appeal to authority) and I told her I would like to try a routine cleaning and if in six months she still thinks I need a deep cleaning I would do it. she insisted again that she is the doctor and would not accommodate for my request based on her "diagnosis". I told her that if she would not do it, I would go back to my old dentist in sandy springs. She told me to "have a great day then." Obviously they do not care about my health or patient care as a whole when they decline to perform a routine teeth cleaning unless I'm willing to fork over thousands of dollars for a deep cleaning. As I told them I contacted my dentist in sandy springs and she apologized for the unprofessional attitude of the lady from loganville dental and told me they will absolutely clean my teeth with a routine cleaning and if they see any need for a deep cleaning they will show me and schedule it by quadrant at a later date. they only asked I get my x-rays emailed over from loganville dental to them thus I reached out to get them emailed over, and OF COURSE loganville dental has decided to NOT send over the x-rays and ignore our request. I was asked by the practice coordinator on friday (the day of my appointment) to wait to post this until monday (today) to post this review, as she wanted to have the main doctor (who was out that day) call me to try and rectify the issue... OF COURSE he never reached out never called me or emailed me back, because he is running a scam business where this is what they do. They see a new adult patient and start pushing their sales tactics to try and run up the bill. after reading through the reviews on this business i see this is a common practice for them. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND ARE WILLING TO BE UNETHICAL AND GO AGAINST THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH just so they can try to run your bill up and make some fast easy money. They are also proven liars as again they never reached out to me as they stated they would. fool me once shame on you... you wont be fooling me twice
