Throughout it all, they've consistently made us feel welcome and well cared for. One of the things that has always set this office apart is their respect for patients' time. Unlike many places where you can arrive promptly only to wait 30 minutes or more, I've rarely waited more than five minutes here. That reliability means a lot. Today's visit, however, was bittersweet. I came in expecting to see my longtime hygienist, Kelly, only to learn she is no longer with the practice. While the new hygienist was pleasant and professional, I truly missed seeing Kelly. She's been a part of our dental care journey for years, and that kind of connection is rare. In my opinion, businesses should do everything they can to retain the people who help make them great--whether through better compensation, flexibility, or simply recognition. Monday morning, I visited the office and explained the situation to the lady at the front desk, She informed me that she called the prescription in herself to the Kroger pharmacy and gave me the number she called, wrong number, however, she insisted it was the correct pharmacy. I gave her the correct number and asked her to call the pharmacy again. Now the good part, on my out I called the number she gave me, this is what I hear "hello and thank you for calling Pizza Hut." Their dental staff is actually nice and the office is lovely, but their front desk and scheduling folks are terrible to work with and completely unsupportive and honestly, they're pricing is very high even with my insurance covering the majority of services. As they simply are too busy to schedule patients for months at a time, I highly recommend that they no longer accept new patients until their staffing is improved. But are not required to respond. Well they ignored me saying to cancel my daughter's appointment as well. So now we got charged a no show fee. Even though I made it clear in the messages that we no longer had insurance. And our family cannot make it to the appointments. Well now I've gotten a 50 bill for my youngest missed appointment. All of my emails were well before the date of her appointment. And why could I never get any sort of email response. How could you just finally tell me you don't have to respond.
