I did not feel like this charge should be passed onto the customer, but i reluctantly paid it. The fee eventually went away after covid, but now they are charging it again & it is now $19. I still don't approve of customers paying so that they can be clean. Plus, several of the hygienists are very rude and talk down to the patients if you are honest and tell them you don't floss often, or whatever the case may be. I am not a fan. All they want to do is sell services to the customer to make money.

Therefore I ended up getting 2 teeth removed and was told my prescription would be sent to my selected pharmacy. I waited for over 2 hours calling multiple times only for my pharmacy to tell me nothing was ever sent over. I finally went to call the office in snellville for answers and they closed at 2pm. I called the emergency line multiple times and had them send multiple emergency message to the on call dr to get my prescription sent it. Never got any response. It's been over 18h going on 19h now with no medication after getting 2 teeth pulled. The snellville office is closed all weekend so I went to my original office in Loganville as they have it advertised is multiple places that they are open on Saturday 8am-2pm and waited over an hour for nobody to show up. Now when I try to call the emergency line it's no longer available all I can do is leave a message for them to respond to me on Monday. I do not recommend the snellville nor loganville office at all, how do you forget to send your patients medication in to the pharmacy and leave for the weekend with no way to reach anybody this is completely unacceptable and ridiculous.

He and his assistant are true professionals, and they made the whole experience as pleasant as it could be. I am in my mid 60's and my jaw locks up if I have to keep my mouth open too long. Dr. French made sure I was able to rest my jaw every five minutes or whenever he felt I needed a break. I highly recommend Dr. French for any dental issue you may have as he has a great personality and bedside manner, and he is very gentle too.
