Lorena is exceptionally knowledgeable and has gotten my entire mouth healthy through regular cleaning, irrigation, and laser treatments. My mouth has never been this healthy. Therefore I ended up getting 2 teeth removed and was told my prescription would be sent to my selected pharmacy. I waited for over 2 hours calling multiple times only for my pharmacy to tell me nothing was ever sent over. I finally went to call the office in snellville for answers and they closed at 2pm. I called the emergency line multiple times and had them send multiple emergency message to the on call dr to get my prescription sent it. Never got any response. It's been over 18h going on 19h now with no medication after getting 2 teeth pulled. The snellville office is closed all weekend so I went to my original office in Loganville as they have it advertised is multiple places that they are open on Saturday 8am-2pm and waited over an hour for nobody to show up. Now when I try to call the emergency line it's no longer available all I can do is leave a message for them to respond to me on Monday. I do not recommend the snellville nor loganville office at all, how do you forget to send your patients medication in to the pharmacy and leave for the weekend with no way to reach anybody this is completely unacceptable and ridiculous.

Made an appt, received a text day of original to call the WRONG office to reschedule because they had overbooked. Made new appointment at correct office for that day. Aspen asked for insurance card and I had to fill out a medical history even though no dental work was being done on me. Was taken to a tiny room, WHEELCHAIR INACCESSIBLE, could not get into room I was led to even in a small, portable wheelchair. Aspen asked if the partial was made by Aspen (No). Then, interestingly, Aspen advised me that the lab tech could NOT repair the partial. BUT they could make me a whole *NEW* partial (this one is 2 years old). I had explained several times that I needed the partial repair by tne next morning and was also getting new dentures the next week. SO a new partial or dentures was not possible.n *No upselling opportunity for Aspen* They recommended I go to Walmart and buy a dental repair kit. Pleasant staff, but they have QUOTAS. Unfortunately, it is the result of ongoing issues with the back-office billing process under the current office management. Due to repeated billing negligence, I was forced to pay over $600 out of pocket, ultimately including payment to a collection agency for charges that should have been properly handled and reconciled by the office. Today, when I contacted the office to have my account reviewed after resolving the collection, I was placed on hold for over an hour without resolution. After nearly two decades of loyalty, this level of billing mismanagement and lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Patients should not bear financial consequences due to administrative errors, nor should they have to expend excessive time attempting to correct them. As a result, I will be transitioning myself and my family to a dental practice that demonstrates greater accountability and appreciation for its patients.
