When I decided not to get the $7000 laser cleaning the doctor said I had some bone disease and that I needed the laser cleaning and they were not going to clean my teeth. So I paid a lot of money for x-rays and did not get my teeth cleaned. I do not have gum disease or any cavities. This place is scamming people and insurance companies. Unfortunately, it is the result of ongoing issues with the back-office billing process under the current office management. Due to repeated billing negligence, I was forced to pay over $600 out of pocket, ultimately including payment to a collection agency for charges that should have been properly handled and reconciled by the office. Today, when I contacted the office to have my account reviewed after resolving the collection, I was placed on hold for over an hour without resolution. After nearly two decades of loyalty, this level of billing mismanagement and lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Patients should not bear financial consequences due to administrative errors, nor should they have to expend excessive time attempting to correct them. As a result, I will be transitioning myself and my family to a dental practice that demonstrates greater accountability and appreciation for its patients.

As they simply are too busy to schedule patients for months at a time, I highly recommend that they no longer accept new patients until their staffing is improved.
