I would go in and sometimes I had to wait but I had so much fun with Dr Nguyen and Anu because they made me feel comfortable. They treated me with the utmost respect and answered all of my questions. I'm going back to my previous dentist in Conyers. The professionalism is worth the 30 minute drive. I would not recommend. Most dental practices have more than one hygienist or they have floaters. Still can't get them on them on the phone, looking forward to going back to my previous dentist of 13 years.

The manner she was talking was so cold and uncaring and there was not a scintilla of interest to help. I wish I could give zero customer service to this facility but system did not allow me. stay away from this facility. I am planning to report this to my insurance company as well. very bad service.

While the new hygienist was pleasant and professional, I truly missed seeing Kelly. She's been a part of our dental care journey for years, and that kind of connection is rare.
