Because it was alittle hot outside we were able to eat indoors with my well behaved pup! We shared the Korean pork ribs which were slightly crispy and flavorful! Very good choice! We also had a hazy beer and I had a glass of wine. That get very busy as soon as the doors open at 11am! For some reason my puppy seemed a bit scared of the noise so we packed up the food and left. A massive amount of effort went into the ambiance of the place, but that same effort was completely absent when it came to customer service. After some time, I went up to the bar stand and inquired, THEN I was given a menu by a rather cold individual. Not rude, just expressionless and somber. Not sure why he wasn't going around asking customers if they wanted anything as he was frequently doing nothing. I went and sat back down after ordering. The drinks are not brought to you. When I got them from the server guy, there was no warning at all that VERY hot, scalding water was used. The brewery is outside of downtown on a huge campus. Public free parking is covered and nearby, you can see the employee entrance and all the brewery buildings beyond. The restaurant & bar entrance is closest to the parking (see separate review), but there's so much more to see on your visit. For beer fans, the highlight will probably be the taproom and merchandise shop in the farther building. It definitely felt like the employee bar, with many clearly finishing shifts for a beer before heading home. It's a small bar, but has an amazing tap selection including some not available to try anywhere else. They have small tables too, which overlooks like the tour entrance area and merchandise store. It's huge and there's a ton of swag. You can also get all their fresh cases and special bottled selections to go, again including some not available elsewhere. Prices are reasonable and it's definitely worth a stop! If you want to do a tour, they offer many different ones including ones with special tastings but they should be booked ahead of time.

Tonight I waited approximately 40 minutes for a simple hot dog and when I got it, it looked and felt like it had been in an oven for over an hour. I actually got up to go to the kitchen and check on the order three times but decided I would be polite and wait. When it finally got to me I should've sent it back. The bun was dark and hard as a ROCK. and the hotdog looked absolutely terrible. Like it was dehydrated and shriveled and hard.
