The spice was nice and it was creamy. And then I also got their reindeer sausage egg burrito with beans. I don't like beans but it didn't mess with the flavors. The staff gave me one hot sauce packet, and it really spiced it up to a good level. The reindeer sausage had a good taste to it too, not weird or gamey. Inside looks like it was super chill and nice to hang out.

The young lady that works nights on the other hand, is super polite and swift. It's advisable to remember that customers should be acknowledged promptly, even during conversations with coworkers. A simple greeting and "I'll be with you in a moment" would have made a big difference. I hope this feedback helps improve the daytime customer experience.

Coffee shop is located right by the A tower entrance…read more I was here only for my dad's colonoscopy appointment. I grabbed a white chocolate mocha while waiting. From telling my order, paying then receiving my mocha took less than a 1 minute. I questioned it, that means shots of coffee were prepped, milk was pre warmed, this is just assumptions but it'll usually take about a minute to warm the milk, make fresh shots, put the powder in. Ehh I just needed something since I was here way too early. Sipped it as I walked to the elevator and came straight back asking for more white chocolate powder as it tasted like burned milk (I'm assuming because the espresso shot sat there). Also, this place is packed!! Full of nurses, doctors, hospital staff. Lady asked if I wanted half a scoop or a full scoop, I asked for a full after she showed me the size of the scoop. She ended up stirring it on her end but then put the stir stick back in the water. Problem with that, my germs from sipping the coffee are now on the stir stick meaning it'll be used to stir someone else's drink. In the end, after adding the extra white powder it tasted fine. But don't go looking for a high quality or decent quality espresso drink here. Maybe a drip coffee? Customer service was lovely, I really like nice, sweet people! Lady was nice! Just the coffee is a no go for me in the future if I ever come back.

Some stuff for sale too like jewelry. I came on a Friday afternoon at 1pm and there was nobody inside. They have four or five tables plus two couches. Would be good for groups or a date. I almost passed out when I had to pay 5.75 for a 12oz mocha. Their rent must be extremely high here. None of their menus on the counter or the wall had any prices, well they did but they blacked them out. None of the specials had prices, the food too. So they can change them how they see fit. I just don't really like that business practice, I think it's kind of shady. They are way too high as well. Nobody should be paying that for espresso. Mocha did taste decent though, and not too hot which I appreciate I didn't burn my mouth. The worker was very quiet and when I left she sat on the couch with her phone. Happy to support small businesses but I won't go out of my way to come here or ever pay that much for a mocha. Those are *bucks prices.

I'm a recent transplant to Anchorage and I have been on the search for the best chai tea latte around town. Well, good news, I found it. Chai is so often an after thought at coffee shops but this place doesn't skimp on quality. Not to mention the atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous with a multitude of houseplants to buy and little gifty type items. On nice days they open up a wall to their back patio area. I haven't stopped by the little market they are connected to, but I'm excited to try it! Needless to say I'm going to become a frequent flyer here.

The only thing I would say is that the service was not friendly. The person at the counter who greets you ignored me for a good 5 minutes. She was reading or just simply disconnected. That's fine no sweat! However, once she acknowledged me, I said good morning to her and asked how she was doing. She ignored me and stated "how can I help you" not friendly at all. I still tried to stay nice and asked her couple questions.
