Since I was going on vacation the next day to Puerto Rico she decorated the cupcaked with little fondant flip flops and fun colorful cocktail umbrellas. The cupcakes were DELICIOUS. Moist (I hate that word, but that's all I could use to describe it perfectly) and the frosting was perfect. Not too heavy. Whipped just right!
