The manufacturer gave us a significant discount to get a new furnace, I needed to replace my 20 year old furnace anyway. My furnace crashed again the Sunday before the furnace installation, he came to make my furnace temporarily work with no extra charges. I have worked with 2 other companies before and have contacted numerous ones. It's the first time I can say I highly recommend an HVAC company for the price, timeliness, and effort to make things work for a customer.

So 5 years ago I had this company install my ductless a/c for a reasonable price. At the point of…read morepurchase I was told 1 year labour warranty and 7 year parts. My fan blower went on the unit and the company charged 135 dollars just to arrive at my door and then billed me 99 an hour to diagnose the issue. Then they had to order the part and came back a week later with the wrong part spent 3 hours figuring that out. Then came back a week after that without notifying me they were swinging by with the right part installed the part and after the part was installed told me it wasn't under warranty and charged me close to $300 for the part and then another 1.5 hours of labour costing me close to $750 in total for a part that should of been under warranty and I should of been charged half of this for the labour. Will not be using them again. Terrible customer experience. Workmanship is fine but lied about warranty, should of been told that on initial visit before part was ordered. Should give customers 24 hrs notice upon arrive. Shouldn't cost $150 or so to just arrive at the door especially when after that you charge $100 an hour.

Ryan helped us select and install a new linear fireplace, cleaned up our main family room fireplace, upgraded some venting for our furnace and moved some gas lines . Upon furnace inspection it was noticed we had a water leak. We were able to get that fixed at a reasonable cost and we established a road map on when we should replace the furnace and air conditioner to allow us to budget for it. i have been dealing with their customer support team regarding a refund i am looking for. i was…read moresinged up for their monthly service agreement which included replacing furnace air filters. on my last visit in march i was told by the tech that they do not provide filters any longer but were still charging the same monthly fee of approx $23. its not a lot of money but its just that i dont like getting ripped off. I called to cancel my service with them. they continued to charge me for another 3 months until i called them back and told them to stop. now i want my refund. i have made 4 calls over the last 2 months and all i get is i will have a supervisor call you back. nothing but crickets!! they are saying no to the refund. there is no way to escalate this to a supervisor. their customer service team does not have the ability to transfer me to their supervisor so i can get someone with authority to have a discussion. I will never use this company again and will make sure to tell as many friends as possible.
