It's creamy, and there's a reasonable variety of flavors here. Not much to say given it's pretty basic, but there's something to be said about the classics. Honestly, no complaints! Since his birthday happened to fall on Thanksgiving this year, I needed to locate a bakery that could conduct a sale within a day or two of the huge holiday. Sweet Caroline's staff picked up the phone, took my order for two cupcakes, processed the $9.00 payment, and ensured my cupcake order would be ready for pick up the day before Thanksgiving. A nearby family member picked up the order (and reported the bakery to be packed), and dutifully stored the German Chocolate cupcakes in the fridge until it was time for the birthday celebration. I'm not a huge fan of coconut, but these cupcakes were absolutely divine! The chocolate was rich and the cake itself was so fresh. Pops loved the surprise. I am grateful that Sweet Caroline's Bakery was able to deliver on this super special occasion.
