Cookies are always melt in your mouth, drool worthy and the staff is always friendly!

Management at this location needs serious attention. We placed an order for 24 cookies and specifically asked in-store the day before, if they could be individually packaged. We were told yes but that we just needed to place the order online and include a note requesting individual packaging. We followed instructions, placed the order, and even called the store afterward to confirm our request. Everything seemed fine... until we arrived for pickup the next day. Not only were the cookies not individually packaged, but when we asked why, the so-called "manager" (different from the one we had spoken with the day before) told us it wasn't possible unless we purchased each individual box. Worse yet, she told us we'd need to package them ourselves because she "had no time"... mind you a tip was already included in the order when we placed it. We explained that we were clearly told this was doable, multiple times, just the day before. Still, the manager (I believe her name is Ashley) refused to help, and we ended up purchasing the boxes ourselves and wrapping the cookies in the parking lot. This was for Teacher Appreciation Week.. and what should've been a simple pickup turned into a frustrating mess, and we were late because of it. Train your managers better or hire ones with actual customer service experience. As someone who's worked in the service industry, I'm shocked at how poorly this was handled. It's a shame, because we visit this crumbl location often as it's in our neighborhood, but definately will not be returning. read more

Went today February 2 late afternoon and purchased a Celebration Cake cookie. Got home and just bit into it very disappointed hard and not chewy like the last two times i have purchased these. Obviously been sitting awhile and not fresh. As i see in the other reviews this is a on going problem. I would recommend you get a grip on this situation especially at your prices. Also the young girls you have working in this store maybe if they payed more attention to making them properly instead of flirting with the boys that are in here they would be made right! read more

I've heard nothing but good things about Crumbl Cookies so I decided to pick up a box for our Mother's Day get together. I already knew they are not open on Sundays so I ordered them on the app for pick up on Saturday night. These cookies are gigantic! One of my gym friends said that she gets them and cuts them into quarters and I see why! By the way, they sell a cutter that will allow you to cut the cookies into fours, my in-laws had it. Anyway, I got a box of a dozen and was able to try a couple different flavors. Everyone at our family get together loved them and thanks to cutting them into fours, everyone got to sample a couple flavors. I think my favorite was a toss up between the lemon one and the raspberry one. I am a big peanut butter and chocolate fan so I see returning here in the future to pick up one or two for me and the hubs. read more

Wow! Top notch Crumbl location (and we've been many of them!). Grand opening today so you would expect confusion and a scattered atmosphere, but things ran smooth as silk! Kudos to the owners & management for the excellent service & smiles! If you've never had a Crumbl cookie, wait no longer! They change flavors every week, with the exception of the chocolate chip & sugar cookies. Today's flavors also included Oreo Sandwich, Strawberry Cheesecake, & Cinnamon Frybread. Tried cookies from here a couple times and have started to notice a common theme, the cookies are consistently undercooked! A nice chewy cookie is one thing but these cookies are genuinely just underdone and thrown into the box. The most recent order we had was 3 small cookies and the pumpkin square. The pumpkin square was extremely undercooked and just raw batter in the middle. The 3 mini cookies were also vastly different sizes??? No consistency except consistently underdone. I ordered Valentine's Day cookies on the mobile app at roughly 7:30 am on 2/14. called the Palm Harbor store at 8:04 and spoke to a young man to confirm the delivery addresss and to confirm this order. First, he seemed confused after giving my information and my receipt number. after a few miniute on hold he was able to find me in the "system." Several hours go by and I have yet to receive a message from my loved one in regards to recieving their Crumbl cookies. So I messaged and asked if a surprise had arrived? nothing. Called the store yet again to a young woman who yet again, "can not find my information in the system.". Now, after being charged including a tip for delivery and then asking to speak to the clueless manager who also can not find the order. was told by BOTH employees that "this happens with door dash. That they will refund me my money, and to put in another order." Now, 5:30 pm. After simply asking to make a new deceivery and please fulfill the order. was told NO. I have not received my refund. My holiday order was never received. the absolute worst customer service I may have ever receive. Simply ashamed for this company. Great tasting cookies. I'm hooked on their chocolate chip cookies. They make great gifts and always draw's out a big smile.

Not worth the hype. The whole concept of this is great. Each week they have a new menu. They have a total of six cookies on the menu with, one of those always being the good ole milk chocolate chip cookie. I really wanted to like this place! However, almost all of the 6 cookies we received were very underbaked (see in pictures- the classic pink sugar cookie and the chocolate pumpkin cheesecake). The classic pink sugar cookie was underbaked (raw dough when cut into). It also tasted like they dumped a whole bottle of almond extract in the dough- which is great if you're wanting an almond cookie... but not what one would have in mind for a sugar cookie. The icing was good though! Besides the chocolate pumpkin cheesecake cookie being very underbaked, the flavor was decent- the icing had great pumpkin flavor. We also had two of the cookie butter white chip (which was okay- not as cookie buttery as I though it should be), the buckeye brownie cookie (which was the only one that was thoroughly baked- we liked this one), and the milk chocolate chip cookie (which was underwhelming). The size of the cookies were bigger than I thought they would be (which is a positive). But for $22.48 for six- it's not worth it. The store itself is pretty neat. It has an open kitchen concept- so you can watch the employees mix, bake, and assemble the cookies. The two employees we interacted with were kind and friendly. All in all, I would pass on this place. read more

Wonderful cookies. These are some of the best cookies you'll ever have. Giving a lower rating because ordering ahead is useless. Placed and paid for an order on Saturday morning. When picking up the cookies at 5:30pm in the evening the cookies I placed an order for were sold out. Really disappointed and will no longer use the app to order ahead since it doesn't benefit you in any way at all if you can't get what you ordered. read more

Great cookies, good service. In a great location in a cute plaza where you can get a cookie but also go shopping at Target. I also always love going and getting the pumpkin pie cookie they have every November around Thanksgiving. I also like that they stay open late until 10 pm, very satisfied with this location. :) read more
