The refrigerator couldn't be delivered until Friday July 10 - so I spent all week moving food in and out of coolers. I really needed the item to be delivered by that Friday. My delivery window comes and goes. No delivery/ no communication regarding this appliance. So I call. And I am told at that point by 'Jesse' in the delivery department that they over-booked the truck and my refrigerator 'just didn't make it'. Now what??? How is that my problem? I am not the one who overbooked the truck but I am the one dealing with the hassle of it. They now can't deliver my refrigerator for 4 more days...its set for Tuesday 7/14.... I am not happy but Jesse tells me they will credit my delivery charge. Fine...not great but I will live with it. However: 1. why am I calling the store to tell them I have no refrigerator? 2. After they are 'going to check on it' why do I have to keep calling back. Where is my 2K appliance...and why do I have to run through the communication process on this issue, waiting on hold, calling again and again? Terrible service.... So here we are at today (July 24).... I call because I do not have a credit for the delivery charge. I am hung up on 3 times by the delivery department while holding... Then on the 4th call I am on hold for 37 minutes for either someone in Delivery (specifically Jesse) or a store manager. 37 minutes. In that time I literally got in my car and DROVE ALL THE WAY TO THE STORE while still on hold for the manager. Is this how lowes does business now??? Pretty shameful. Carmen in customer service tried to find the manager...it was a no go - she was super nice about it, and obviously this isn't the first time that they can't track down management. Thank goodness for Jeanie (the supervisor in hardware) she was able to credit me the delivery charge which is great because I was prepared to die on this hill at this point. So thank you to Jeanie! I have purchased multiple appliances at this lowes, plus all of my flowers, soil, mulch... Why am I on hold for 40 minutes? Why can I literally get in my car and drive to the store and still be on hold for the manager??? Why does no one answer the phone? My issue is resolved but my time is wasted. and to wait 4 days for a refrigerator that was a booking issue with the delivery department... why does no one answer the phone or handle store issues? Why did I have to waste my time to get the credit that I was promised over their store mistake? Its ridiclulous. I should be credited for the entire freaking appliance after all of this nonsense. I am about to purchase a new diswasher...do You think I am going to this lowes??? hell no. I will go to home depot or Costco... but I am done with this store. And what is corporate doing about this??? One star review after one star review...about customer service, management and delivery's...get it together! you make too much money off of your customers to provide such terrible service. And you aren't the only hardware store in town....

The store is bright, clean, and well run. The people are nice and chat while prepping things. It's one of the best places i've found for buying large scale brushes that are of high enough quality that bristles don't escape in to your wet paint. I suggest, if you're working on a project, that you pop in here before you go somewhere like lowes. Its slightly more expensive, but you're getting more bang for your buck.

Great service from this location…read more Stopped in to get some paint for my bedroom and the staff was extremely helpful. We just bought a new house and have been working to get everything upgraded. I imagined that going in to get paint, they would be super pushy to get me to add on a lot of stuff, totally not the case. They made the entire experience very enjoyable. So my comments for the product. Before going in I already had a couple of colors picked out by using their ipad app. For the most part, I would say the colors turned out how I had expected. The picture I took of my room was with the light on, so it made the colors seem a bit lighter than they actually were. My only recommendation would be to take multiple pictures and lightings, that way you know how it will look at all times. Not disappointed in my one light picture tough, the paint turned out great. We went with the emerald with the eggshell sheen. I ended up doing a couple of coats for the dark blue that we had, the light grey covered well with only one coat. The paint is very thick and so great to use. Never had issue with dripping or splashing off from the roller.

I walked in with the measurements and walked out in less than 20 minutes with everything I needed for our project. They made everything so easy!! Upon arrival I went straight to the counter for help. After asking me a few questions about the job, the guy at the front said, "I got this," and started mixing the paint for me. He helped me with the color, style finish and amount- it was so painless. While the paint was mixing, I walked around the store to gather supplies. When I got to the counter and had picked the wrong cover for the roller brush given the paint finish we were getting, he explained why the option he sent me home with was better. As someone that doesn't DIY often, I appreciate places like this that have knowledge staff that enjoy helping you find what you need for your project. The pricing was really competitive, too!

During my last visit, I needed them to look up the last paint color I had purchased and then bought 4 more gallons of that color. The male employee applied every discount possible (promotions, coupons, etc) threw in 3 roller covers for free, made sure I had a paint can opener, boxed up the 4 cans and carried them out to my car (and I'm not a guy who looks like he would have trouble with the weight of the cans.) All that without me even asking. That's going above and beyond in my opinion. If you're just looking for paint, you can probably go anywhere. But if you want good customer service with your paint, this is the place.
