Went in to get acrylics and they proceeded to charge me $35 for the set, which was okay I guess but I went in to get a fill and I was told on my first appointment that a fill was $25, so when she was done with my nails I proceeded to ask how much and she told me it was $35 so I told her why was it 35 and she said because of the shape and how long they were.. if I knew it was $35 I would've just gotten a whole new set. read more

Was the worst nail solon the guy that did my nail did them so bad plus he was talking about drugs and using profanity I end up getting a fungus on a couple of my nails I will never go back there read more

Nice place very clean, nice environment, and great customer service! I wish they have a location in LA.

I've gone here before but couldn't remember why I didn't like it so when my friend had a gift certificate I went with her. The sign says $22 for a full set but paid $36. I got cut, the lady wanted to do my nails the way she wanted them and didnt like when I told her I didnt like it. She didn't want to fix them and didnt do a good job fixing them. She Was very aggressive and seemed to be in a hurry. I had to file them at home. My friend said her lady kept arguing with her. We are both not going back and our nails hurt. read more

Poor Customer Service from one person. I still tipped him but he cussed a lot and was very rude. Never going back. I was excited to get my nails done until I got him. He also kept paying attention more to other people. Rushing through my nails. read more

Great service! They took their time doing my nails and my mom's and stayed after closing to finish! Thank you.

It sucked, the lady filed my nail from the side to the point where it would bleed. Super rude as well, would not recommend 0/10

Went in on a whim with a friend and was taken in almost right away! Super friendly ladies. Talked to me the whole way through and was nice about me needing an eyebrow wax! Very funny, loved my nails and eyebrows. Will definitely come again. read more

Worst customer service. I was a walk in and asked how long till they could see me they told me an hour I waited almost 3 I should have left once the first hour past. The nail tech did my nail lumpy and the owner laughed at me at my face like wtf don't go there a waste of time dollar tree nails are better than this shit of a salon. read more

Was searching everywhere on a Friday to get my nails done and some places even had a 40 minute wait. They got me in right away and Andy gave me a gel manicure that was great! He was delightful and funny to chat with and also did a great job on my nails, always making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be back! read more

Decided to give this place a try as I was in desperate need of a pedicure. The place wasn't crowed and they had a decent selection of nail polish. The chairs were all older and I noticed they didn't line the water bowl with a plastic insert. The girl did a good job and appeared detail oriented. She was quick and also rubbed some lotion on my legs with warm rocks! A great touch! read more

Came in here not expecting to get my nails done, just my mom but I ended up getting them done anyways. French tip btw. Service was kinda great also because the guy doing my nails, Andy, was such a great conversationalist despite being a little inexperienced but he did a fantastic job anyways! I am definitely coming back! read more

I was in desperate need of a fill due to the horrible Job the last place I went to did. Lisa did my nails and she did an amazing job! Not only was she patient and listened to all my requests, but she delivered an extraordinary Job! I'm so happy with my nails and definitely will be coming back next time I'm in town ! read more

Worst manicure by Andy. My four year old could have done a better job. Do not recommend.

I have been a loyal customer for several years tolerating the poor customer service and vulgar language from one of the staff members "Andy". However this past weekend was the final straw with coming back to this place. Upon arrival I was informed by "Andy" that a new person would be seeing me. When I asked him who it was he proceeded to tell me " why do I give a F&$!@". I informed him that I've been seeing the same person for the past several years and I wanted to know who would be working on me. He then proceeded to call me a bitch and told me that it shouldn't matter who was going to do my eyebrows. I obviously became upset and told him he needed to not speak to me that way but he proceeded to insult me and tell me to stop bitching. I would not recommend anyone to keep supporting this business. All the prior comments about Andy in yelp are true. Not only is he rude and disrespectful to the customers but also disrespectful towards other races and the community that helps keep him in business. read more

Very bad service! My nails turned out uneven and very lumpy. Picked out a gel color that looked nothing like it did on the display! Instead of having me pick out a new color, she went ahead and picked a ugly orange salmon color for me. My nails look horrible. read more

Called ahead for appointment but still waited 30 mins. They filled my pedicure tub with cold water and rap videos were playing which didn't make for a relaxing experience. The lady suggested gel polish to me which I politely declined yet she continued to push for it about 4 times more! She rushed through both mani and pedi so my cuticles weren't even cut back at all and hardly filed my nails so they're all uneven. I'll never come back. read more
