I got a pedicure & lip wax 1/11/25 by an older lady, didn't get her name. I was satisfied with my pedicure although she was a bit heavy handed, and hurt me. I then got a lip wax and immediately after it was burning really bad. After looking in my car mirror I seen there were marks on my lip, went back inside and they told me it's just redness. They didn't have any aloe Vera to put on. I've had my lip waxed before and it never burned like this. I specifically asked 'will this leave a mark tomorrow? I feel like this is a burn.' John told me 'No it's not a burn, don't touch it and it'll go away' I'm waking up this morning with a burn on my lip!!!! I will neverrrrr come back here and the way they gaslit me to avoid taking accountability speaks volume. No morals or ethics whatsoever!!!! Pic on right is right after my wax and pic on the left is this morning.
I've been coming to Creative Nails for years now. Shauwna is my girl! She does an amazing job and is fast and efficient. I always do some sort of design and she absolutely nails what I'm looking for every time. She's always very professional and I always look forward to my appointments with her!
Shauwna is the best!! The staff is very friendly. Clean shop. I would highly recommend this shop. Shauwna does awesome designs. She gives a great pedicure as well.
I really tried to not give a bad review to this place, but im sorry, it doesn't worth to spend money on this place. Went here 3 times, the first time with my mom, wants to do pedicures together but the lady who took us in was so rude that I ended up to have only my mom doing the pedicure and I refused to have one. Second time it was just ok, I understand my nails were in an ugly shape so I thought that it wasn't easy to make better of what she did it. My third time was the worst, my nails looked like I did at home by myself, I comeback the day after to have fix it and a guy how I believe the name was John was so polite and ready to help, until he didn't get a new customer and decided to rush me just with a file and a double coat of the clear top polish. The result was awful. Please see pictures for more clarification
It is So Bad, I was to give them a zero But that's not possible So I give them a One. Story Time: Came in for a fill, early. Waited 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Patiently. Yelled at "What You waaant" I said I have an appointment, remember I called an hour ago, the timeframe... "Oh oh yeh okay, sit down" Waiting. 5 minutes into my appointment my tech comes out from the break room "lemmme see, oh so ugly" Funny, because HE did them a few weeks ago lol "What want?" A French fill, remember? That's all I ever get. "Okey, here I give you homework" he says Homework. And hands me stacks of painted nails on a wreath. Why. Why? "You pick new color, too ugly" He can't do French manicures - apparently. So I'm sitting - insulted - now waiting again (it's 10 minutes into my appointment and he disappears. I ask the lady if anyone else is available please. She says," sit here" so now I'm playing musical chairs, waiting "no one available" ... but I made an appointment because you said this is the best time. She say, "okay sit here" I sit. Another 10 minutes. I say, "really, anyone can do my fill. Please. If you can't then just say so and I won't waste our time I need this done in my timeframe. Can you do it or no?" She says,"yeh yeh sit down" Waiting More time goes by I ask, "who should I wait for next?" She says, "who you waaaant?" I say, anyone but Michael, he disappeared so anyone. Not him. - at this point he's insulted me, wasted my time and mislead me with the poor time-management skills" ... she turns around a screams "Jooooooon" I'm like, oh no please no He comes from the break room smiling greasy finger eating snacks "you pick color" happy and knee deep into a food frenzy. I'm like, "are you serious?" Time - established Color - established YOURE not even paying attention here are you? Moral of the story, they do not care about you. The poor girl who was getting her nails done by the lady who was chairman of the musical chairs nail salon game said "it's bad huh. The wait?" I said "not just the wait" 30 minutes gone Insulted No apologies No answers Nothing I understand waiting if you're a walk-in but making appointments so he could take his lunch break during MY lunch break is wild. Granted, I hadn't eaten yet that day either. Say you need 5-10 minutes, if understand but taking your FULL LUNCH while my time is running out for an event??? Wild I gave this place a second chance and cannot support their ethics. Terrible all around.
This is a very biased opinion because I've been a regular for the last 8 years and they're one of my favorite places. It's definitely a comfort spot for me because I've known the staff for so long. I always get a gel mani and a gel pedi whenever I come. I love their pedi services! They always end it with hot stones and a warm towel with a small massage and it truly feels so good! Their mani services are good, and they do end it with a slight massage on the hand/arms too. John and Debbie (the owners) are always so nice and definitely run a tight well-oiled ship. They always make you feel at home by remembering you and asking how you're doing or pick up on little things from previous services. The techs are also so nice and always remember what you like! A lot of the techs are also really good about details, preferences, and efficiency! **Pictured are some of the sets I've had done in previous visits but ALL are natural nails! No tips or acrylic, please take note of the amazing shaping
Thank you Arianna for referring me to Creative nails and working with Shawna. My first appointment was with John and he did an amazing job on my first set & that was because Shawna was working with Arianna's set. But after, I fell in love with Shawn doing both my mani and pedi. She's very professional at what she does. I love her energy, she's funny, and so real. She always enjoys seeing you the next time you book with her. I get so many compliments on the designs I pick. Shawna is the girl to go see. It's so relaxing, clean, and I love that Creative nails knows how to read the vibe. They have the TVs on and play the right kind of music too. Thank you Creative Nails!
I'm honestly disappointed. $96 down the drain. This is what I asked for and this is what I got. I asked how much it would be to fix this and I was told " it took a long time , it doesn't look bad. You have a baby don't waste too much money" my money is not an issue. I used to come here for years fell off and decided to come back because John was a great guy and always did what I asked for but when I asked how much it would be to fix it and I get told that is just crazy to me. As far as my toes go it they look great.

Decided to get nails done on a busy weekend (Mother's Day). My normal place was booked and we tried a couple other places. Then I remembered a place I used to go to. My niece and I were able to get in! We did two gel manicures. Both were done very efficiently and quickly. It's a smaller place, but they had three rows of tables that sat roughly 8 people. Along the other wall were the pedicure stations. It was pretty chill and nice. Nothing extremely fancy, which I like. Staff were super nice and helped my niece pick out colors. Definitely call ahead and see what's available, but I'm sure walk ins are available. Just based on the space, don't stress out and just call ahead. It's also near some great Thai food restaurants, so you can make it a day! I also checked in and received a 15% discount! Yay! read more

I've been here twice in the last two months , this was my third time. First time I got a fresh set with John and the second time I got a fill with a young lady I couldn't remember her name but she was amazing ! This time a different woman. I decided to take my acrylics off since my nails grew out so much and just get a gel manicure. Taking the acrylic off took sometime then it was time to shape them. I told her I wanted to keep the shape just shorter ( I had almond before) she didn't really take her time shaping them after she cut my nails they were all different lengths & shapes I asked her to fix some because she was about to start putting the color on. Once I asked her to fix it she didn't ask me again if that's better or if I liked the shape , she just continued to put the color on. It was so rushed !!! She never told me to wash my hands after the shaping so there was dust everywhere and she proceeded to put the color on so there's little dust particules under the color. I guess my experience last time was so amazing I was expediting this one to be the same but I'm more disappointed. I had to reshape all my nails at home which shouldn't be a thing after a 40$ manicure. Not sure if I'll go back or try zen nail where my mom goes for 30$ and her nails are always amazing! What a great salon for nails! I was about 5 minuets away and called to see if I could get in. By the time I arrived the foot spa was already filling with warm water. I told the nail tech that I was in a hurry and she couldn't have been any nicer and accommodating! She quickly removed the gel I had on my toes from my previous visit to the salon. I really like the chill ambiance in this place! The vibe is great and they play current music. They do offer parking for a bike and have ample parking for your car too:). The nail techs here are very talented and privy to current nail trends. They offer a TON of color choices from regular polish to gel colors. The salon offers a pedicure menu with lots of options if you wish to upgrade to a special rub or scent. The prices are reasonable and the staff is really friendly. Jon wasn't available today so I booked with Shana. Shana was so kind and helpful . When I couldn't choose between two colors she took the time to test both colors on separate nails to see which one I liked more ! She made sure I was comfortable with length , color , thickness etc . Fun to talk to , kind , and has excellent customer service skills !!! I usually only want Jon but this proves all of his staff is amazing and professional . I usually never try new nail places. But because of the virus my usual place didn't open right away. I decided to try out Creative Nails. First impression was WOW it's sooo nice and clean in here! The decorations are so nice! The options they have for gel and regular polish is practically endless! The massage chairs work super well! EVERYONE that worked there was super nice! They have a huge selection of pedicures! And they all sound amazing! I got the Chamomile pedicure! They use hot stones and hot towels during your pedi! I had someone wax my eyebrows also and she did a great job! The second time I came I brought 2 friends and they loved their nails too!! I definitely would say 5 stars all the way around! read more

I've been going to Tiffny for years, I love how she always takes care of me! Her gel mani/pedi lasts soo sooo long without chipping, which is why I keep coming back. I love it! She does amazing with my French tip pedicure, I'm picky about how I like the French tip straight instead of curved and she always takes her time and ask me if it like it as she's doing it (rather than after when it's too late). If mani/pedi's are routine for you- this place is a must because it's one of the few places that has a point system! After 350 points, you get $15 off your next visit! I'm pretty excited about that because it's not too common to be able to get a discount like that anywhere. Overall the salon is super cute inside and everyone there is sweet! They offer a lot of different services. They have a tv to keep you entertained, good music, complimentary water, and a nice clean rest room too. read more

Mmmmmm I will have to go in for round two to give this place a proper review but for now this is what I have (ANDI was my clinician) : Pros: Regular pricing for gels- awesome first time client special for Yelpers. Gel designs ARE CREATIVE hence the name ;) Staff is polite Variety of nail polishes 3D designs Hot stone pedi's Cons: Wait was long even with an apt- Forget about going on the weekend! their packed! Pedicare was not that great and the seats were not that comfortable I didn't like the set up for seating Staff doesnt listen to what you want, they really push you to convince you to get something other than what you asked for. After my manicure, I was bugged that my clinician did not buff my nails or even the surface and worse was that some of my nails were uneven, I would have had them fix it but since I was already there almost 3 hours I just wanted to be done already. On the plus side my Gel's lasted 3 weeks and I had a lot of compliments. Even though, I didn't get the design I wanted, the recommendation my clinician gave me actually turned out to look nice- I guess im just basing my opinion on the principle that it should always be what the customer wants and not what the clinician thinks they want, but like I said, I received lots of compliments so I suppose it wasn't that bad huh? read more

Friendly staff, open to listening to what you want. Great selection of brands and color and the option to upgrade Mani & pedi options amazing ! I am so happy I found a new place in this area everything they use is brand new as far as supplies so no infections & their regular pedi includes a hot stone massage I am 100% returning to them ! read more

They've been open for 14 years and going strong, that means something!! Wonderful, quick, precise, and have enough staff to cover walk ins but as always with a nail salon I recommend making an appointment. Plus the massage chairs are so much better than any I've ever sat in. Everything is clean and smells great!! I love across town but I'll be making the drive!! read more

My mom goes here to get her pedicures so I thought I would give this place a try. It was a Friday so it was a little busy. I waited for about 10 minutes and then was greeted by Debbie for a full set of acrylic nails. I'm very picky with the shape of my nails and I must say Debbie did a good job. The only thing that I was very disappointed with is that Debbie rushed through my nails. The process wasn't enjoyable because there was a guy (I'm assuming the owner) who stood over her at one point, trying to hurry her along. Look at my paint job. In Hawaiian we call that Kapulu. This place..is Ah-Mazing!!!! Mark and Amy are a husband and wife team who seriously know how to run a successful business! ! I'm not joking people ...THEY GIVE THE BEST PEDICURES!!!! Me and my fiancée drive and will continue to drive over to them for their amazing service, great atmosphere, and CLEAN Salon!!!! Prices - fair. Spent $25 on a pedi and they used hot stones to massage my calves and feet ;). They have a point system that you sign up for with name and phone number. Every 250 points (points per $ spent) gives you a $15 voucher! Use cash and get a bonus 15 points Color selection - huge! I've been coming here for YEARS! I've had a few different nail techs here but I stuck with Teresa! SHE IS AMAZING! She remembers so much I tell her about my life and I only come once maybe twice a month! She loves all her clients and it shows. Some nail techs rush when they get slammed but she never does she always takes her time and makes sure your nails come out perfect! She introduced me to dip powder and now that is the only way I'll get my nails done now! It's $35 for dip $45 for dip with a manicure. 10/10 recommend trying out creative nails. And 100/10 recommend teresa! read more

I'm sorry I would give a one star but two is the most they have really nice pedicures but their nail service is horrible not a week into my nails and they are already lifting and coming apart and to top it off they aren't even coffin how I wanted them to be and they are uneven! I am really disappointed because I got my nails done for a trip that I had planned and now they look horrible I am really disappointed out of all the reviews I seen on here, I really trusted this nail salon. The worst manicure I have EVER had! The polish was bubbling under the UV light and it took several times of removing and re-polishing to figure this out. The nail tech was visibly frustrated and kept saying "oh my god" each time he had to redo it. The manager did not jump in to help out until the salon was closed. I wanted matte polish but they talked me into glossy after the matte polish left lines. I did not get what I asked for and my cuticles were bleeding from removing polish, filing, and buffing over and over. The end product was sloppy and looks like I did it at home. Ugh!! My Bestie and I found this place on Yelp and fell in love with it. We actually wish we could pick up the place and move it to Ohio for her and to Phoenix for me. John is quick and amazing as is the others, everyone is also super friendly and we were able to have full on conversations with them! It isn't on the strip, but is totally worth the drive. They also do a great job with eyebrows! read more

Fantastic workers and a very enjoyable environment. They don't rush with your nails and they end up staying nice for a long time. I've been coming here for a long time and they never disappoint me at all. I enjoy getting my nails done by John the owner because he's very gentle and pleasant doing your nails. After my first visit, I will not be going back. Not many options for SNS dip, had to refile my nails at home, and three days after my manicure the powder dip chipped. I always get powder dip at different locations and this has never happened before. read more
