Recently my wife and I experienced a problem with our old sliding mirrored doors, and we decided to have them replaced. The old doors were purchased from Home Depot, so we started there. We discovered that most of what was available was rather cheap in quality, so we then went to the internet to find some higher quality mirrored doors. We shopped around extensively, and got quotes from several places. We decided to go with Creative Mirror and Shower, and we are very glad we did. The quote from Creative Mirror and Shower was the lowest, but it is certainly no reflection of their high quality products and service. We also got $100 bucks for booking our appointment online, which was a nice bonus. Tim from Creative Mirror came initially out to measure. He was respectful and professional and measured the space quickly. Our last doors had a giant strip of caulk between the guide rail along the ceiling, and Tim thought they could do a much better job installing the doors, and getting rid of the caulk entirely. I removed the old panels myself, and scraped off the old caulk, and to ensure a perfect fit in the clear opening, Tim came back to measure a second time. When the mirrors were ready to be installed, which was about 2 weeks later, since we asked for a special, white powder coating, Tim and Joe came out to install the mirrors. They did a perfect job where even the handles were placed uniformly on both sides. Tim and Joe were pleasant, respectful and highly professional. I get the impression they'd be fun to hangout with too. My wife and I are exceptionally pleased with the final results. The large panels slide effortlessly, which my wife loves, considering the old, failing doors moved like pyramid blocks up a hill, and my wife is quite small. The owner, Mark Pritikin, was even involved along the way, and checked in with us to see if we were happy with the results. Mark also explained the difference between the types of rails before we placed our order, and we went with aluminum rather than steel, since our old doors had a steel rail, and it was easily dented, interfered with the operation of the doors, and felt extremely cheap when I pulled it off the floor. The finish on the mirrored panels is clear and uniform with no distortion, and for the price, the quality is truly fantastic. The rails are really nice too. We also like the fact, that since they spent so much time customizing the doors to fit exactly into the imperfect space, there is no visible, giant, unsightly wad of tapered caulk where the guide rail meets the ceiling. All in all, I have to say that Creative Mirror and Shower delivers exceptional service, and their products are solid, well made and move very smoothly along the track. We are incredibly happy we chose them. I give them five stars for both quality of product and quality of service. We recommend them to our friends, family and associates, and I am glad to recommend them via Yelp, they deserve it for sure. read more

I purchased a Fleurco shower door from Studio 41 and Creative Miirror was engaged to do the installation per their agreement with Studio 41. The installation did not go well the first time - there were aesthetic issues with how the door was installed, the door was sticking etc. This was part of a bathroom remodel and while my contractor was there during the installation, this part was handled by Creative Mirror. Things do go wrong at times, but it's how a company handles those things that reveals what that company stands for. The people at Creative Mirror couldn't have been better in handling the issues. Tim, their installation manager, came out and actually found more wrong than I could even see. He committed to ordering some new parts , sending out their best installer and making everything right. It took a while for the parts to come in, but Kelly their scheduler was so pleasant and great in keeping me up to date and assuring me things would get done.There was never a question that they would correct what went wrong - a refreshing and much appreciated reaction from a company. I also talked to Victoria who is the person at Creative Mirror who maintains the relationship with Studio 41 and she helped and committed to making everything right as well. Enrique and Julio (I believe that is who was with Enrique) were great in carefully doing the reinstallation and while an additional visit was necessary for a missed adjustment, that visit was scheduled easily and happily. Creative Mirror also sent someone in the interim to remove the doors so that other work could be done while we were waiting for the additional parts to come in - a most appreciated gesture. All is good now. I would highly recommend Creative Mirror as a company that stands by their work and I have no doubt that if there are any additional issues ( hope not, but you never know.....), they will take care of it. I would use them again and think of them first if I have a need. FYI -The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because the first installation wasn't right. But they fixed it with courtesy, skill and a smile. Can't ask for more than that! read more

I simply do not have enough good things to say about Creative Mirror and Shower, starting with Doris Elliott! I was in a real pinch. We are having our bathrooms remodeled in our home and we were in the beginning phases. I should have had my mirror figured out already but did not with all of the chaos that can ensue with such a big project. I was referred to Creative Mirror & Shower so gave them a call while my workers were there asking where I wanted the mirror I had not even thought of yet so that sconces could be placed. Doris helped guide me on size and placement, knew exactly what was on the floor that would work, met me at the door later that day, showed me exactly what I was looking for and then some! She was the hero of the day and I honestly don't know what I would have done that day without her. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and went the extra nine yards to help us get what we wanted, both that day and in the days to come! To say she is an asset to the company is an understatement. I would also like to give a shout out to Victoria, either owner or manager there. Victoria demonstrated a sincere desire to make sure we were happy with our end decision, working out details in such a way that encouraged us and built our faith in retail and quality products and service. Admittedly, in the beginning a few minor hiccups ~ but then, Creative Mirrors became one of my favorite businesses! First, the scheduler, Gramos, worked with me ~ trying to avoid an up charge for a 2nd delivery which ~ was NOT Creative Mirrors fault. One of my suppliers' product was full of flaws, therefore, I had to reschedule my mirror. Today, Creative installers came with my seamless glass shower! Wow! Absolutely gorgeous. Now, the scheduler, Gramos, was very professional ~ very courteous, prompt in getting back to me and even went the extra mile to try to assist with my mirror & shower glass delivery to avoid the up charge. Karen, Gramos, Jacob and Alex from the Addison facility took great care of me getting a new frameless shower door ordered, scheduled, and installed! Gramos came to measure and quote, explaining options and making good suggestions on the installation. He patiently checked back after I had the quote a few days to make sure I wanted to move ahead. Karen called and adjusted the schedule to a later time since the unit is a remote unit and I needed travel time. Jacob and Alex were efficient, clean and friendly during the install leaving a fabulous new shower door. They left NO cracks or scratches in the large format porcelain tiles. They even called the shop to swap out the door that they saw had a small scratch just so that I would get a perfect install. And still finished in the time that was estimated! Matt and Lucas installed my shower door and glass yesterday. They were wonderful. Very nice guys. Did a great job with install. Told me ahead of time how long it would take so I was not worried why it was taking so long. I had no idea how long it would be so I appreciate them telling me before they started. The glass was very thick and tall. The quality makes me feel like I am at a fancy hotel. Hershey, my salesman, was fabulous. He had lots of patience with us as we ran into many problems with original contractor. We changed the door several times and am extremely happy with the looks and quality of the final product. We had a glass shower door and fixed glass installed about a year ago by CM&S. They did a wonderful job. Three days ago the door shattered for no particular reason. No one was near the shower at the time. I contacted CM&S and spoke with Caryn, whose first question was to ask if everyone was OK. Once she knew that all were OK she arranged to have someone come out to our house as quickly as the following day. Our glass door was removed (what was left), the bathroom cleaned of all glass and a new door installed. CM&S honored their install warranty and we were not charged anything for this replacement. I appreciate their concern for our safety first and then how to resolve the issue. I certainly recommend their services. Creative Mirror & Glass solved our problem of how to add more storage space in our condo. We put in a closet the whole length of one wall using their three painted glass sliding doors that extended all the way up to our 10 foot ceiling. We are impressed with the quality of their product and the perfect, silent way the doors operate. Ask for Enrique and Manny to install your work. They explained every step they made, covered everything in the room, and cleaned up afterwards. We've needed about a dozen workmen since we moved to Park Ridge. They were the best we've had. We recently moved to Lombard; brand spanking new bathrooms; just georgeous; all we needed were the shower doors; what to do? Shopped in town (Lombard); not much there regarding our needs. On our way to a 'big box' hardware, we passed the showroom in Addison; stopped in; took the tour; discussed our needs/measurements. Expert staff reviewed all options (type of glass, finish, hardware, etc); finalized the selections and set up the install. Done, done, and done. TIP: if installing multiple shower doors, request that they be done on different days due to drying and stabilization of hardware. It worked out this way for us and we could not be more pleased. We called Creative Mirror when we needed a new shower door for a small bathroom. We were delighted with the results, and how the door has updated our bathroom. Then, we came across a bathroom privacy door, within a larger bathroom, while on vacation. I took pictures and brought them to Creative Mirror.
