He then said they were quite busy and could not do the job for 5-6 days. However, he thought another customer may be postponing a job and if so, he could be here in 2 days. Sure enough, he called the next day to tell me he could be at my home the following day. Once he got here, Todd did a number of things to clear the blockage. It must have been quite a large clog because it took some time and effort but he did not stop until he was absolutely certain that the drain was clear. He then cleaned up the basement floor of any dirt and water before he left. I could not be happier with Todd and Basement Pros. If I ever have any other issues with water, mold, or cracks in my basement, I will definitely call them first.

Eventually I couldn't ignore the issue anymore, and I called Adam up to look at my situation. Adam himself arrived and did a comprehensive walk through and give me a solid price for demoing the exiting finished basement, installing a complete perimeter french drain, and refinishing the basement. I won't lie, it was a very messy job due to the amount of work that needed to be done, but the job was done on schedule, done with quality, and done to my expectations. But here's where Adam really shines: I had some post install issues that I needed resolved, and instead of what every other contractor out there did by ignoring me because they already had their money, Adam took a personal interest in making sure I was 100% completely satisfied with everything. He made multiple trips back out to the property at my request, answered my questions, brought in other help to solve my issues, and stuck with me until everything was resolved and perfect.
