He then said they were quite busy and could not do the job for 5-6 days. However, he thought another customer may be postponing a job and if so, he could be here in 2 days. Sure enough, he called the next day to tell me he could be at my home the following day. Once he got here, Todd did a number of things to clear the blockage. It must have been quite a large clog because it took some time and effort but he did not stop until he was absolutely certain that the drain was clear. He then cleaned up the basement floor of any dirt and water before he left. I could not be happier with Todd and Basement Pros. If I ever have any other issues with water, mold, or cracks in my basement, I will definitely call them first.

I waited a full year before writing this review, just to make sure everything held up--and I can confidently say, even through heavy rains here in Medford, NJ, my basement has remained dry. His work speaks for itself: solid, clean, and reliable. Second project: I still had high humidity in the basement, so Elliot suggested and installed a whole-house dehumidifier (AprilAire E100). He connected it directly to the French drain system, so I no longer have to worry about emptying water or dealing with moisture. Did not finish laying my bricks. Left holes and gaps near entry ways for stucco. Did not waterproof as indicated and did not put wood filler and complete around windows. 8 calls in 8 days along with emails - no message. Lifetime guarantee and won't call back. They are not BBB accredited as their flyer says, they have a faulty website and one phone number that does not have a legitimate voicemail because it must be a shell account. Paul is the supervisor and check was made to a J McDonagh. I only paid in full because I thought Paul was going to get in trouble for not completing...and he seemed so nice and sincere about wanting to come back and get the job done right. I am the fool .
