Trevor was the main tech who came to the house and said I needed to replace the control panel on our wall oven. I asked if he was sure. He said Yes. We replaced it on his advice to the tune of $1700! The new one lasted 2 weeks. I called the office, left message after message. No response. Anytime someone answered it was from some national office of Mr. Applicance. I ended up trashing the oven and buying a new one. I tried to contact Scott Bullock who owns the St George UT Mr. Appliance. No response. I wrote him a personal letter asking him to call me. No response. Weeks have gone by, he obviously doesn't care. Don't use this rip-off outfit! They way overcharge. I found out later that my control panel should have cost somewhere between $250 and $400. You do the math as to the labor! Never Never Never again, Mr. Appliance. I hope you go out of business.

It's been a while since I've met a young person with the willingness to please us and ensure we were satisfied with his work. The configuration which the microwave sat was not your "traditional style." At first it did not appear that it was going to work. I was looking at the possibility of paying a carpenter for modifications. David was incredibly talented with modifying/customizing the unit on site and had it completed within a little over hour. I cannot emphasize how nice to see such a talented young man who really aimed to please their clients. We went into the store and asked them to print every statement because our bank records clearly showed the account had been paid in full. I escalated the issue and spoke with multiple people, but nobody was willing to help or take responsibility. The only response we got was essentially, "If you think you're right, sue us." A company that loses its own payment records and then expects the customer to deal with the consequences is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Boulevard Home.

They do not return calls, they are weeks out, then they charge you to come look, then again when they return. He is slow at working, milking the clock, he does not carry any spare parts.
