Customer service? What's that? Never heard of it…read more Little Wolf is proving to be a wolf in sheep's clothing. We had cabinets that cover our HVAC units made by Little Wolf several years ago and have been very happy with them. Yesterday, the largest piece of wood came off the cabinet in my young children's room. If it fell on one of my kids, it would have caused significant injury. We emailed Little Wolf asking for them to come and fix the cabinet (we didn't ask for a freebie). To quote their email to us "just pick up magnets and let your handyman fix it." After spending several thousand dollars on cabinets, I expected better than this. Thanks, Little Wolf, thanks for nothing!

They make you start payments weeks before they even begin. Tell you the install is generally 1 day. I have a small kitchen and somehow CORPORATE still can't get their shit right. The install started in October and now March and still not done. I waited 2 months for someone to return my calls. Then tried telling me the install had already been done. I still have no hardware on my cabinets because it was never given to the installer and no marks were made regarding it. So now I need to take time out of my schedule AGAIN for the 4th or 5th time for another install date. Not to mention these cabinets are not quality. You can see runs in the stain that was used, dents, mismatching pieces, and more. But that's "normal". Apparently spending $10,000 is the best that gets you. Even as I waited in the Torrington office a woman came in complaining her cabinets that were installed were all faded. And now again I get to watch everyone play the blame game and give me another b.s. excuse. Maybe that bald headed a**hole should stop standing on doors and start taking care of customers. People this is a fair warning. I wanted to save money and not use Lowes or Home Depot. I regret it.

We reached out looking to get a…read morecustom 22' built-in bookshelf unit, and after meeting with Bob and Angie, we felt confident in hiring them for this project. Before quoting us, Bob and Angie met with us to discuss what we envisioned for our bookshelves. They took the time to show us different design options and finishes, as well as photos of other similar projects, so they had a clear picture of what to draw up for us. As construction began, Bob, Angie, and their son Eric continuously worked with us and offered their expertise and advice to help us make the best decisions possible for our project, tweaking things along the way when they saw a better option. They worked through our ideas and questions with an open mind and we always felt heard by them. Not only did we truly feel a part of the project and experience (which was very important to us), but we also felt their excitement and investment in this project as well. We didn't feel like just another customer. As a result, we got our absolute dream! Everything from consult to install was professional, meticulous, and personalized. It is clear that Bob is a master craftsman and that this family loves what they do. Our bookshelves are showstoppers and we would hire Taylor Made time and time again for all of our woodworking needs!

We shopped the chain and specialty furniture stores and didn't find anything that had the quality of wood, workmanship or interesting style that we wanted. We looked into custom cabinetry and after reviewing several companies went with TaylorMade because of the quality of their customer samples. Bob and Angie worked with us to design the piece, providing 3-D renderings to confirm the "look and feel". No aspect was too small to be considered, from the interior clearances to the exterior details such as fluting, raised panel thickness, router styles or ventilation slots. We came up with a stained cherry design with center speaker shelf, protruding media area with smoked glass doors, and self-closing storage doors and drawers. Bob Taylor is a true craftsman, and his team make exceptional pieces. The workmanship is outstanding, truly flawless construction and finish. We couldn't be more pleased with Bob and company's work and recommend them highly to anyone looking for fine quality cabinetry.
