I arrived and was greeted promptly and only had to wait a few minutes while the notary (Vandy) wrapped up with another client. I had one document that I needed notarized and then shipped. The process was very easy. Vandy was kind and efficient and I was on my way. I would definitely select this location for notary services in the future. Our turntable arrived with a damaged cartridge--a delicate but critical component that was clearly mishandled during transport. When we filed a claim, we were told there's a 12-day window buried in the freight bill that was never communicated to us at the time of service. No one mentioned it verbally, in writing, or at delivery. They refused to submit the claim. We paid thousands of dollars for professional crating, shipping, and insurance--and when the insurance was actually needed, they wouldn't honor it. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone who stands behind their coverage.
