Got with Scott and his team and they came out and gave some recommendations and listened to what our vision was and told us how we could get there. Had a great experience from start to finish as the whole team from the top to the workers who transformed the open concept to a very nice looking entry way to the office in just 4 days. They also patched two holes we had in the wall from a prior water leak that we did not realize that plumbers will tear your wall up but not fix it. We were not aware of this before hand and would have gone to them as they do everything and left our plumbers out as it would have cost the same price in the end. Over all the doors were installed and matched to bedroom frame out with the arches and the paint on all the walls matched to where you cannot tell what is the old paint and what is the new. I have tried on several occasions to get hold of them to ask who I can talk to about who did the gutters.... then who I can talk to about stopping the leaks. Never an answer. My fault for not following up daily but I'm sure the warranty ran out at some period. As I sit in my home office this morning, I look at peeling paint on the wall from where water has leaked in and sure wish I could get help. No telling what has rotted out. I'm not sure if its All Pro that is to blame but I entrusted them to fix my roof and gutters and I have damaged walls to show for it.

After the roofing was complete, our upstairs AC would not work and noticed marks/damage on walls caused by the roofing company's debris trailer. Regarding AC, the AC company found the freon line punctured by roofing nails (part of attic inspection) and roofing company offered $200 (cost well over $2000) to fix line (what a joke/slap in face), replace freon, and replace burnt out compressor (no freon for cooling). Regarding damage on walls, roofing company purchase paint to fix after given (picture of paint can along with color swatch) the paint information (manufacturer, code, etc.,), but the paInt did not match and I had to buy the correct paint as they would not correct their mistakes. Don't get me started on the debris (e.g., nails, etc.) left behind that they supposedly came out multiple times to clean up.

I called Chuck as a new customer and he was at my house in less than an hour. He stopped the leak for the overnight, then came back this morning and installed a new water heater.
