Work to begin next week. So far, Lorenzo has been very attentive. We're eager to have him contribute to our house upgrades.

He is communicative, friendly, priced incredibly well AND was on time. I'll absolutely hire him again for my flooring this spring. So nice to finally have a go‑to handyman!

Highly, highly recommended. From the moment I reached out, communication was top-notch. He was prompt, professional, and asked the right questions to understand the issue before even arriving. He showed up right on time (a walked me through what he saw, and clearly explained the best options for repair. I had some pretty bad water damage under my kitchen sink and was honestly dreading the process of getting it fixed, but Scott made the process so easy. There was more damage than I originally thought. He calmly assessed the situation, laid out a detailed game plan, and handled it like a pro. He even sourced materials on the fly and kept me updated every step of the way. On top of that, he's super friendly, respectful of your space, and really takes pride in his work. The attention to detail was amazing. Place looked great when he wrapped up, nice and neat. The wife was very pleased. Hire Scott and relax as he is that someone to fix it.

YHE actually should stand for Your Home Exploiter…read more I have only one regret in this life, and that is letting this company into my home. From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. The work falls apart a week later because it was not replaced but glued back together. You won't see him for weeks at a time. In late 2020 I purchased a home in Rowlett that needed to be entirely remodeled. When looking…read morethrough companies to choose I found total contractors. After reading the reviews, meeting with Adam and Carter and seeing jobs they had done I decided to go with them for the project. At first I was promised the world but it was all lies. I was told Carter was the designer, they have none. I was told the homes they showed me was work they had done for customers but they were really flips. I was told it would take one month, it took 4 months and was never finished. I was clear that the budget was fixed and we could go over. Adam assured me this was no issue and even promised he'd send me updated status reports every time a room was finished. Instead after my house was gutted he called and told me I owed him $50k or they wouldn't continue. When I pushed back he claimed that it was a mistake on Carter's part and they would finish but they couldn't complete a laundry list of things that had been promised because they were now over budget. Ridiculous items like leaving cabinets without glass as shown in one of the attached pictures. They also left me in a dangerous position as well. I was told by my pool guy that the light in my pool was installed with no short and that could have caused us to be electrocuted. We had a gas leak in a pipe he replaced that caused the gas company to have us evacuate the house and send out a technician. I reluctantly agreed because I had no choice with no money left to spend and a house that was torn apart. After they finished what the new agreement was I wanted them out of my life so I could move on However issues kept arising with the work. Issues with the pool that Adam remodeled he refused to fix resulting in over $10k out of pocket for me. I could list more than ten other examples of why I was taken advantage of and ripped off by Adam. Despite this I took the high road and never posted anything about these issues. Today I got home and the ceiling in my master bath collapsed. This happened because the HVAC Adams crews had installed is leaking and the leak caused a collapse. I texted him the below photos and still haven't received a reply so I have hit my breaking point and now feel obligated to protect consumers from this company.
