They said it was my fault for not having a phone number with them and so they could not let us know that they had mistakenly given the attached room to someone else. I could not let my grandmother stay alone 20-30 minutes by herself outside to wait for me to finish. It was a waste of my time and they did not compensate me for it. Won't be back. Do not recommend given poor service, quality of massage, and lack of good communication.
