This is a basic, non-negotiable professional boundary, and he crossed it. I've filed a formal complaint with management and requested a refund, disciplinary action, and a policy review -- including offering clients the option of a same-gender therapist at booking. If you're a woman booking here, ask specifically who your therapist will be and whether you can request a female therapist. You shouldn't have to, but until management addresses this, protect yourself.

Because that's what scientists do. You can bring in beverages from elsewhere on property but please not glass! The teahouse has yummy options but limited hours.
