I loved looking at the girls (hair stylists)outfits, their hairstyles, make up and the cool clothes/shoes that they wore. It was a huge selling point for all of us. But now I walk into salons (including this one) and these ladies look terrible. No hairstyles anyone would dare want, no make up, clothes are trashy, and some look like they slept in their cars. It just scares me to have someone who looks like this, cut or color my hair! and if I'm not sure what color I should do my hair or what style 8 should have, Id have a hard time taking advice from someone who doesn't even do their own. Just my opinion.

Return a week later with the same ash blonde highlight picture (I have brown hair, no it's not easy but if it's not possible SAY it's not possible), and another 2 1/2 hours later my hair is even more brassy & chopped with rainbow colors. My five year old literally called it a rainbow. I called the salon the next day once it dried, was told I'd get a return call, hours later I miss their call while at work and call back, put on hold, put back on hold again, told I'd get a return call in 30 mins, that was now last week. I paid over $100 just to cry for weeks wishing I had never let them touch my hair Chris, you are the same person, owner actually, who laughed at my Facebook review and blamed "box dye" for the issue when I repeatedly said I had only used dye from Sally's that was salon quality. All of which the hairdresser was made aware of before we started. In my first review above I already mentioned the second trip. I was ignored after that over and over. Trying to apologize over a year later is pretty unacceptable don't you think?

I work in food service and education- so I wanted it to be covered simply for the fact that it looks so gross. Eileen attached a fake nail and using gel shaped the nail to match the rest of them and it looks flawless! I feel so comfortable and happy now and I was so impressed by her work!

The price was amazing they cut her hair washed it and she even put a quick braid in it for my little girl. She felt like a little princess and talked about it for days. It was very clean inside. I don't care about people wearing masks but for others they did wear masks. It was the little bench she was sitting on to get her haircut it was not super safe or sturdy for a kid to sit on while getting their haircut. It even slid off with her on it at one point because the armrests are rounded. I could tell she was a little uneasy about sitting there at first on the bench thing. A plastic booster seat would of been so much safer and better for my child to sit in.
