We will soak your nails, shape, cuticle push, lotion massage and finish with the polish of your choice." I had no soak and no lotion massage, no shaping........I did have a junior stylist that had no idea what she was doing. She cut my nails as short as possible, after the first one, I had to let her finish so they would all be the same length. After she cut them, she asked if I wanted them short. They use Zoya nail polish that has tiny brushes, she was dripping the nail polish on and spreading it out. I told her it was too thick and she said she was trying to get rid of the streaks, I asked to take it off a do just clear. She dripped that on as well. My nails are not even, they actually have corners. I am so disappointed. I came home, removed the goop, shaped and polished my own nails.

And I have my "clips notes" in the system, so I always get what is expected and they know what to do no matter what person I get. One note, is that I recommend signing in online. Especially on the weekend. This location usually has a significant wait. Signing in online gives you the flexibility to show up when the wait time dwindles to the 10 min mark instead of 45 min to an hour. There's often coupons online available online too, so a great experience.

Even during these less than normal times she has done everything within her power to keep her regularly scheduled clients around their normal times. It's been truly more important to many of us than she knows! I absolutely love the decor on the inside and it changes based on the upcoming holiday or season which takes time and effort! You can tell that the owner cares about the place! Also it's easy to access because the parking lot is never full, due in part due to its large size but also because the stylists only take one client at a time. While many people many not notice it because of its easy to hide facade, it's definitely worth knowing! And super easy to locate!

It would have done the trick but the nail technician was out. Still they accommodated dad, cutting each hair individually, shaving his neck and thinning his eyebrows. Both me and my daughter have been trying and waiting for them to reopen and no phone number just a sign up for an appointment. I just called and now they are saying "last time to use gift cards was January 2024." This seem like the biggest scam! They took our money and now offering no services.

Return a week later with the same ash blonde highlight picture (I have brown hair, no it's not easy but if it's not possible SAY it's not possible), and another 2 1/2 hours later my hair is even more brassy & chopped with rainbow colors. My five year old literally called it a rainbow. I called the salon the next day once it dried, was told I'd get a return call, hours later I miss their call while at work and call back, put on hold, put back on hold again, told I'd get a return call in 30 mins, that was now last week. I paid over $100 just to cry for weeks wishing I had never let them touch my hair Chris, you are the same person, owner actually, who laughed at my Facebook review and blamed "box dye" for the issue when I repeatedly said I had only used dye from Sally's that was salon quality. All of which the hairdresser was made aware of before we started. In my first review above I already mentioned the second trip. I was ignored after that over and over. Trying to apologize over a year later is pretty unacceptable don't you think?
