They got my dress turned around in 5 days and got it to me last minute before my wedding - I am so happy! At the end of the year, she gets overwhelmed with work and tends to forget. When reminded, she gets annoyed, rolls her eyes, and seems irritated. When I called to pick up the áo dài, she said she was closing the store. When I arrived, she didn't even greet me. The áo dài still had loose threads everywhere, the stitching was sloppy, and the pants had rips that needed fixing--super frustrating. If you're spending over $1,000 on clothing and expect the designer to respect you and not make you feel like you're paying a high price just to be treated poorly, this store isn't for you. Her designs aren't exceptional, the stitching is careless, and loose threads are all over. The person who embellishes the áo dài with decorative details is what makes it beautiful, not the designer with a difficult attitude who looks down on customers.

When I mentioned concerns to Ray and Eddie, they knew exactly what I was talking about and needed. They started with a base dress shirt and suit. They listened to my concerns and wants regarding fit and comfort. Everything was tailored exactly how I asked..the arms were tailored for a fitted look and feel. Because they were knowledgeable to what I needed he made sure to leave room for movement (reaching and bending of arms) without sacrificing the look and feel. The length of my coat was trimmed and rests on my lap so perfectly. The back was trimmed so I would not be sitting on excess fabric and be uncomfortable while wearing it. I got there about 10AM, was greeted with welcomes and smiles. She asked if I had a measurement to go by, I just tried on a pair of pants and she marked them. She said about an hour. Five pairs of men's pants was 40.00 to hem. I came back about 40 minutes later to check, and everything was done and waiting on the counter. This place is amazing and very fast.
