I called the day before and had asked if they can inflate balloons that I had. The kind gentleman said yes. They charge $2/latex and $9/number and said it would be about a 15-20min wait depending if they were busy or not. I arrived on Sunday around 10:20am and thankfully they were not busy there was one person at the register paying. When I got to the register, I provided the gentleman 9 balloons and one big number balloon. I also ended up paying for 2 balloon weights just alittle over $2 each. He said it would be about a 10-20min. There was a lady at the balloon area, thankfully they were not busy and they started to inflate my balloons after I had paid. One of the balloons I brought in ended up popping as they were inflating it. Thankfully I had extras. They had asked me to give them extra balloons and they ended up inflating about four more balloons for me without charging me. I came out with a beautiful bundle of K-pop demon hunter themed balloons and one very happy girl with the biggest smile. The store is organized, so many different themed party supplies. They have an abundance selection of balloons. Great customer service I waited no more than 10mins. Would recommend and would definitely return.

I've noticed there are less options as far as catering/plastic food trays, bowls, and serve-ware. But they now have costumes and accessories year-round, and still have everything you'll need for every standard holiday and season. Prices are still pretty decent, and service has always been great. I've always managed to find what I need here, and get in/out with minimal frustration. I'm glad PartyWorks is still here, and recommend them for anyone looking for decorations, costumes, party favors, or other party/holiday themed pieces of flair to make their event extra festive!

It's 12pm at this point. I send my husband down to their physical location and the woman in charge of contracts was just rolling in the door. She tried to gaslight my husband and say it's my fault that I didn't specify a time (i did - it was literally on the contract!) and then she says "well our computer just puts a time on there." Sooo...which excuse is it? The delivery FINALLY gets there 2 hours late and their tables are in horrendous condition. Snagging and ripping my tablecloths. Splintering off into peoples hands. And then of courses they decided to come an hour and a half EARLY to pick up the rentals. All around, just avoid. It caused me so much unnecessary stress on my wedding day. I had to duct tape one tabletop to prevent ruining another vendor's stretchy tablecloth. It still snagged it. The tabletop should have been junked. 3. They didn't bring enough cocktail weight poles for the 12 tables rented. 4. The six white stretchy tablecloths were "different shades of gray from laundry bleed." We received a refund since we had to rent from another vendor. 5. The cocktail tables were supposed to be picked up on Friday, May 16, since we have another luncheon on Monday, May 19. THEY ARE STILL HERE! Nobody is answering the phone or emails, and their hours of operation are M-F, 8 am to 4 pm. They made an extra trip here for the missing pole, and I went there to return the miscolored tablecloths. Overall, it was not a good experience. Also, they are on Barstow in Clovis now, not the address on Yelp, but the phone number is the same.

Fabric area employee and customer were talking about how they think other areas in town and the…read morepeople in those areas are g*etto and poor and full of non English speaking people. This conversation topic was extremely discourteous from both these people however very unprofessional from the employee. After about 10-15 min in line, I expressed concerns to the employee about about long wait time ( I made no comments about their inappropriate conversation). The customer decided to insert herself into the conversation. She said " this is why I don't like you people" ( I am Asian). Though I was at the store at opening at 9 am, this customer decided to try and give me the profound advice of getting to the store earlier. She stated "You should have come shopping earlier to avoid lines instead of being a B word." I don't expect a minimum wage employee to be inclined to deal with this but she could have called a manager or just offered to call for assistance. I did not feel comfortable being harassed by a repulsive, angry woman so I left. Fabric cutters were Terri Linn and Andr-a per Hobby Lobby manager. Customer service supervisor believes Terri Linn is the employee I had the most interaction with. Manager Linda states she can speak with employee but do nothing about the customer. I understand a manager only can say so much but to do NOTHING is ridiculous. If I went into Target and started harassing other customers and stating racist comments on top of calling other customers the B word, I am pretty sure someone would speak to me about it or tell me to leave if I do not calm down. Per Hobby Lobby website: "Honoring the Lord in all we do by operating the company in a manner consistent with Biblical principles. Serving our employees and their families by establishing a work environment and company policies that build character, strengthen individuals, and nurture families." Hobby Lobby on Blackstone certainly does not adhere to these values. Some of the employees really need more education on basic culture studies. The only minor hiccup was that my text asking when the rented materials would be dropped off went unanswered initially, but when I called the week before our event to ask, the owner 1) answered by using my first name (points for customer service/organization) 2) and reassured us that materials would be dropped off the day before our event. We were informed that the drop off crew would notify us within an hour of coming to our home. The day of drop off came and was getting into the early evening, so I admittedly started to panic a bit and called again to ensure delivery. I was assured our materials would be delivered within the next few hours, which they were. There seemed to be some confusion between the owner and delivery crew since the crew was asking for more money than we were initially told, but after showing the messages I'd received from the owner, the crew deferred to her. I negotiated a pick up time with the delivery crew, who were very flexible and allowed us to keep the materials another day at no extra cost since it was a Sunday. They arrived the expected day and removed the tent and materials quickly, and they were consistently professional and respectful of my home. The materials weren't anything fancy, but they got the job done. Would definitely use again and recommend to those seeking an event rental company for personal/backyard events.
