I've been in here once before perhaps last year. My recent visit was yesterday I used their balloon services to inflate balloons for my daughter's 4th bday party that was happening that morning. I called the day before and had asked if they can inflate balloons that I had. The kind gentleman said yes. They charge $2/latex and $9/number and said it would be about a 15-20min wait depending if they were busy or not. I arrived on Sunday around 10:20am and thankfully they were not busy there was one person at the register paying. When I got to the register, I provided the gentleman 9 balloons and one big number balloon. I also ended up paying for 2 balloon weights just alittle over $2 each. He said it would be about a 10-20min. There was a lady at the balloon area, thankfully they were not busy and they started to inflate my balloons after I had paid. One of the balloons I brought in ended up popping as they were inflating it. Thankfully I had extras. They had asked me to give them extra balloons and they ended up inflating about four more balloons for me without charging me. I came out with a beautiful bundle of K-pop demon hunter themed balloons and one very happy girl with the biggest smile. The store is organized, so many different themed party supplies. They have an abundance selection of balloons. Great customer service I waited no more than 10mins. Would recommend and would definitely return. read more

Location: PartyWorks Clovis Date: September 15, 2025 Service: Halloween costumes This week I decided to take a drive to Party Works located in the Clovis area. The main goal was to obtain a Halloween costume for my child. I was there last month to try to find the homecoming costume. They did not have the wall of costumes for you to select from up yet. Apparently they did this time and it was able to purchase a costume with the proper size. Tip for you that make sure you write down the numbers of the costumes you want always have a back up costume Number so we have three numbers and one of them. They did have the proper costume in size so definitely write down what you want and let the staff know. They go by the number system so you have to be very specific on what costume you need. Overall, very satisfied I came out the store with a costume. I strongly suggest you check them out before it gets closer to Halloween or else you will get slim pickings, like the bottom of the barrel. read more

The Dude and I came to this Party City new location or relocated location on 10/29/22 as I needed a costume for Halloween as the school I work for was hosting their first ever Halloween celebrations and I wanted to be festive and dress up. I tried Spirit but their costumes were so over priced and the dude recommended Party City! Upon entering you would not think they had plethora of costumes but they did! They had a full wall of toddler, kids, teens and adults sections and costumes! It was hard to pick what I wanted but I also wanted to stay within budget. I ended up getting a Day of the dead dress called Sugar Skull but without the Skulls . It was a hit as it was my personality with all the bright colors and flowers. It was a hit! Staff was so helpful and it was fun trying on different costumes and they had a wide selection half the price than spirit. We will be getting out costumes here for now on! Definitely taking the nieces here next time. Overall, the store was very organized, clean and ample decorations and also party goods!!! Plus you can't beat the price at all. Love it! read more

I went to get 32 inch 4 & 0 birthday balloons for my 40th birthday photoshoot on 8/10 around 6:45pm. The photoshoot was at 7pm so by the time I was done, it was too late to call. My review wasn't done until 10:20pm because my photoshoot wasn't done til about 8pm and when I got home, I ate dinner and cooled down before writing this review. I wanted black balloons, but they did not have the 4 & 0 in black or red so I opted for pink. When I got to the park, my 0 flew away. I wanted a gothic country look. When I looked down, I noticed that the string wasn't tied on. It was just put through the hole of the star lazily and not tied. Needless to say, I was pissed because I spent $30 on those balloons and had to do my 40th birthday shoot without them because they weren't properly tied. I was livid so I looked pissed in most of my photos because i had a vision. I'm hoping to call tomorrow for a refund or store credit. Update: I did call and explain my situation and Tanisia was very kind and refunded me in seconds when I got to the store. I appreciated her kindness. read more

We needed to get last minute party decor for my son's bday party this weekend so we headed to our local Party City which is now called Party Works. It was so clean and so many items to chose from and the prices were cheaper than before. The staff was super attentive and friendly. They had costumes galore but it was more organized than the previous store. I purchased some decor and balloons and the girl said I can pick them up the day of the party so I wouldn't ruin the surprise for the birthday boy. I thought that was a great idea so I paid for it along with the other items and left my name and number. She was so sweet and thoughtful and explained they are new owners and new management and new staff and the change took place on August 1st, 2023. We will definitely be back! read more

Love the new location, easier to find and clean. Seems about the same size to me, but it's possible me that it is a little smaller. This place has so much to really compliment your theme for any party, great stuff that you probably didn't even think of! If you need to add that special touch to your event or party, definitely the place to be! This review is about balloons. Got here around 8:45 and put in an order of 12 latex balloons. Due to others ahead of me they said it would be 20 minutes, currently 9:14. I know they don't do ballon orders ahead of time, and they do have 3 people working, but the line at the registers is long right now and keeps growing!! And they are still working on the orders for the two people ahead of me. They have not started on mine yet. I can tell the people working are trying. But I can't help but think if you had an ordering system to take so many orders per hour, you could get people in and out. Or if they added another staff member to Saturday mornings?? They open at 8am, so if you need a balloon order I encourage you to get here early and prepare for a wait!! Go straight for the registers to order, then you gotta wait for the balloons. :) Thanks Party City for all of the creativity, but definitely need to suggest something other than a walk in/first come first serve system for balloons, for the sake of your staff and customers! read more

Been wanting to check out this place since I found out it was here! Halloween stuff is out! I wanted to check out the unicorn stuff. Great music playing when you walk in. Tons of Halloween stuff! I wasn't sure where to start! A really nice worker also asked if I needed help . Appreciated Clean, safe and practiced. I ended up getting glitter hairspray and a pink hair extension to go with the unicorn headpiece I bought. The worker was very nice at checkout. Wished me a good day after I paid and left. I'm commenting on the Blackstone location in a dead mini mall strip, u wouldn't even know this place existed bit here I was seeking party balloons and accessories walking the aisles aimlessly and I was asked what can I help u find? This sounds so benign but was so unexpected in a place like this. Not only did this person escort me to what I was looking for the next day I showed up early for my balloons and they were ready. I want to make a statement about this experience because it's so few and far between that I experience this type of service any more and to receive it at a low end retailer like this made my day! read more

I just have to say I paid $42 for helium and one weight for 20 latex balloons, 12". I thought that was excessive, but didn't have time to shop around. These were balloons I purchased on line because they didn't have what I needed in stock. When I went to pick up, I had two more, the "numbers 8 and 5" 40 inch balloons and asked if they could blow them up too. The cashier rang me and said it would be $19.?? I was in shock! I said, "for 2 balloons?" He said yes because they are 40". Ummm since when is helium this much? Never again! read more

If I can give 0 review I would. We bought party stuff worth $50 and $10 return because we end up did not need it. We waited for 2 weeks and we never got return. We went down there talk to manager and she can't give us transaction number just said that it is went through. read more

Horrible. Since it is no longer party city they don't have anything. I have gone in a couple of times to try to find things and nothing. The people there are no help. Most of the time they ignore you. The shelves are mostly empty. I have tried calling to see if they carry something and get told they don't know. They don't even try to see if they have it. The website is a big waste of time. Not work the gas to go there. You are better off going to target or walmart. Even dollar tree probably has better selection read more
